None of the characters from KCC or the story's original plot belong to me, they belong to Tomohito Oda.
This story is about a school life of 3 teenager students on the Itan Private High School:
One of them is named Henry Myers, and he is quite the m...
It was your everyday wave of heat in summer. I wanted to sleep a bit longer, but I just couldn't because it was very hot, and my room didn't make it better, since it has no AC...
I left my room and went to the living room.
Shuuko: "Good morning, Shouko. Want breakfast?"
I ignored my mum and flopped on the sofa to take a nap.

Half an hour later, I woke up and started eating breakfast.
Shuuko: "Are you free today?"
I nodded, but instantly regretted it since she wanted me to help with the laundry, cleaning, housework, chores... so I pretended like I didn't listen.
I laid down on the sofa and watched TV.
Shuuko: "Rooling the roost, eh? If you're bored, take a walk."
'But it's sweltering outside! No way!!'
I began to goof around, not knowing what to do, so I decided to go to my brother's bedroom.
Shosuke: "... yes?"
If threw myself to the bed with no restraint. I began to stretch, but, I forgot that Shosuke doesn't have AC either, so I tried to think of Henry and Tadano to be able to speak.
"Aren't you hot, Shosuke?" I did it!
He stared at me for a while, and then... he turned back. I don't blame him if he thought it was just his imagination; I couldn't speak at all until now, only thanks to Henry and Tadano but...
Anyways, I borrowed one of Shosuke's manga and left.
I once again laid down on the sofa and rode the manga for a while. I craved for a popsicle from the refrigerator, however, I remembered that cold stuff can give you brain freeze.
'Yeah... I think not...'
I just stood watching some TV, but then, my favorite cooking program had begun, and it finished with a plump chicken meatballs dish.
I pointed it at my mother, asking to have that for dinner.
Shuuko: "Huh? You want to have that for dinner? I wasn't watching, why don't you make it?"

I wasn't expecting her to say that, but I wanted to try and do as she said, I was going to cook! Plump chicken meatballs, to be exact.
I gathered the ingredients, got myself ready, rode the steps and began.
'For the meatballs, mince the onion, grate the ginger and mix the ingredients well, ok!'

'Ah... my hand went numb... (Refrigerate the minced chicken before hand!)'
'Alright, now... shape the meatballs, cook on medium heat until color changes, then cover and continue cooking. Okie-dokie!'
Mum wanted to help me, but I wanted to do it by myself, so I kicked her out of the kitchen.
After that, I added sauce and boil, I had to wrap the meatballs in chopped shiso leaves or wonton wrappers and fry in oil (I also had to beware of the splattering oil).

I was proud of how it looked like, however, after tasting it I wasn't sure if it's good...
It was finally time for dinner... we did our prayers and began eating; I wanted them to start to see their reaction.
To my joy; they all gave me a thumbs up.
'What a relief...'
