Komi's family were taking a drive to somewhere they usually go on this summer season. During the drive, the daughter stood staring at the window thinking of the great time she had spent with her brand new friends.
Shuuko: "Shouko, are you ok? Excited maybe?"
She nodded in response.
Before going to their actual destination, Komi's family went to pay their respects to their ancestors.
Komi: '...'
Shuuko: "Did you pay your respects to your ancestors?"
Komi nodded.
After that, they arrived at a big house with an old lady standing in the front; that was Komi's grandmother, Yuiko Komi.
Shuuko: "Hi! It's been so long!"
Yuiko seemed either serious, or calmed, or both.
Yuiko: "...Come in."
Shuuko: "Aww, you never change, mother-in-law, hmm?" She playfully said while poking her.
???: "Shuuko! You came?"
Shuuko: "Ryoko!"
Ryoko's Komi's aunt, she and her mother get along super well.
Sadayoshi and Masayoshi (Komi's uncle and father) get along super well too (even though they don't seem like it).
Ryoko: "Wooow! Is that Shouko?! She's gotten even cuter!!!"
Komi didn't know how to react, so she simply nodded.
Ryoko: 'Kawaii...' she thought shortly before leaping over to Shosuke (Komi's younger brother).
Komi has problems establishing personal space between her aunt and uncle.
Ryoko: "Akira's over here too, so run along and play!"
Akira is Komi's cousin, she was studying in the first year of junior high. Akira was hiding on the stairs, mainly because it's been a while since they saw each other.
When Akira took a peek, Komi suddenly wasn't where she was standing. She was now standing behind Akira, surprising her and herself since she didn't expect that.
Akira was now scared but Komi didn't want that, so, she started tickling her. They were feeling closer now.
Akira took a liking to Komi, she began following her (just like Tanjirô kept following Giyuû on that one episode lol).
After a while now, Akira asked Komi to play a board game about life, to which Komi agreed, but Akira suddenly started to cry!
Akira: "Sorry... I'm just glad you want to play with me... you usually stared at me in silence..."
Komi understood why she was crying snd mentally thanked Henry and Tadano for helping her being able to communicate even if it was for a bit.
Komi and Akira played for a while, when they had finished, Shuuko entered the room.
Shuuko: "Shouko, say hello to your grandmother before we eat.
The Komi family reports to the grandma and receives advice about recent household events and problems.
Masayoshi had just come out from a door, he seemed gloomy and slow. Grandma was hard with him.
Yuiko: "Come in..."
Komi entered and took a seat.
Yuiko: "Are you enjoying school?"
Komi nodded.
Yuiko: "That's nice... are you having any difficulties?"
Komi shook her head.
Yuiko: "Have you... made any friends?"
Komi nodded with a smile on her face.
Yuiko seemed happy.
Yuiko: "Oh. That's nice."
Yuiko patted her lap, inviting Komi to rest there. The calm she was feeling was quickly interrupted with the next question.
Yuiko: "Is there a boy you like?"

Komi: "!?"
Yuiko: "What are this names!? Henry Myers!? Hitohito Tadano!? What are this pool photos!?"
Komi was shaking her arms so quickly it seemed like she had 10.
Shuuko: "Dinner's ready!"
At Tadano's and Henry's house:
Tadano and Henry: "Achoo!"
Hitomi/Emma: "Hitohito/Henry, did you catch a summer cold?"
Tadano/Henry: "I don't think so/ Dust got in my nose, shuddap..."
