"What happened last night?" Jimin asked Yoongi the next evening at the restaurant. "I can't believe I got so drunk that I can't remember again."
"You were an idiot," Yoongi said honestly. Jimin's mouth fell open. "But it's a good thing you're kinda endearing, too."
"Gee, thanks."
Yoongi chuckled. "I'd be mad at you, but I had such a good time, I can't even hold it against you."
"So, I contributed to your good time?"
Yoongi shook his head. "Not entirely," he said. "I had a good time with Namjoon, I mean."
"Did you guys kiss?!"
"What?!" Yoongi asked incredulously. "No!"
"Did I suggest you should?"
Yoongi thought back to the night before. "Actually, you did. So, actually maybe I am kinda mad at you."
"Nooo!" Jimin exclaimed.
Yoongi couldn't help but laugh. "I'll let it slide this time. But pull that shit again, and we're no longer friends, got it?"
"Sir, yes, sir."
Yoongi rolled his eyes. "Well, let's get this shift over with," he said. "My last hurrah."
Jimin pouted. "I'm going to miss you. It won't be the same without you here."
Yoongi smiled. "You know, I honestly think I'll miss working with you, too."
"Yeah?"
"Yeah, we've always had a lot of fun together. You, me and Jungkook."
Jimin suddenly looked like he was about to cry. "The three musketeers," he said quietly.
"Jimin, are you okay?"
"Yeah. I just...I'll miss you."
Yoongi smiled. "We'll still see each other. I mean, we're friends outside of work now."
"Yeah, but it won't be as often."
Yoongi shrugged. "You know you can call or text me anytime."
Jimin nodded. "I still feel sad."
"Well, keep your mind off of it by taking care of Junho. I really do want you guys to be nice to him and help him out. He's a sweet kid."
"I promise we'll keep an eye on him," Jimin said. "He'll be our protege."
"Um, excuse me, he's my protege. That's why he's taking my place."
Jimin laughed. "Fine, fine. But we'll continue his education."
Yoongi rolled his eyes. "Just be nice."
"I'm never anything but!" Jimin said indignantly.
"Yoongi!"
Yoongi turned around at his name being called. Jungkook was walking through the backdoor.
"Jungkook? I thought you weren't working tonight."
"I switched shifts so I could be here for your last one!"
"Jungkook," Yoongi said, honestly a bit touched. "You didn't have to do that."
Jungkook shrugged. "I wanted to. One last shift for the three musketeers."
"That's what I called us!" Jimin exclaimed. Yoongi chuckled.
"We'll, let's get to it. Anyone seen Junho?"
"I think he's due to be here at seven," Jimin said.
"Ah, okay," Yoongi replied. "Well, you two have me to yourselves for an hour before I gotta pay all my attention to him."
