As the weeks passed, the peace and happiness within Ayaan and Maya’s little family were like a dream they never wanted to wake from. Ayaan, once consumed by power and control, had transformed into a doting husband and father, focused solely on his wife and child. Maya, too, had never felt more loved or cherished. Their bond was unbreakable, and with every day, they grew closer.

But life, it seemed, was never meant to stay this simple for long.

One evening, as Ayaan returned from a meeting, he noticed a strange sense of unease in the air. The staff were unusually quiet, and as he walked toward the nursery, his heart began to race, sensing something was wrong.

When he opened the door, his worst fears were realized.

Maya was gone.

The crib was empty. The room, once filled with warmth and the sounds of their son’s soft cries, was now eerily silent. Ayaan’s breath caught in his throat, his heart pounding in his chest.

In a panic, he stormed through the mansion, calling Maya’s name, his voice growing more frantic with every second. But there was no answer.

He turned to one of the staff members who had been with him since the beginning. “Where are they? Where is my wife and son? Where is Maya?” he demanded, his voice dangerously low.

The staff member hesitated, unsure how to respond, before finally blurting out, “Sir, it’s your father. Your father came with some men. They... took her.”

Ayaan’s blood ran cold. His fathe, The one who had always kept control of him with their threats, their manipulations. The one who had never accepted Maya, never accepted the life he had built with her.

"You let them take her?!" Ayaan's voice cracked with rage.

"We tried to stop them, sir, but... they had their ways. They said they needed her... for you."

Ayaan’s fists clenched, his knuckles white. He stormed out of the mansion, barely hearing the rest of the words as his mind raced with thoughts of Maya. They had her. They took her.

Maya, his heart, his everything.

The scene shifted to Maya, her body trembling with fear as she sat in a cold, dark room with her son in her lap, sleeping soundly. The heavy scent of old leather and dust filled the air. Her heart raced, her mind unable to process what was happening.

She had been taken—by Ayaan’s father. Whom she feared the most. The one who had never accepted her, never understood her love for Ayaan. And now, they had taken her to force Ayaan to choose between his family and her.

Maya's thoughts raced, her fear growing with every passing minute. She didn’t know how long she had been in this room, how much time had passed since they brought her here. But she knew one thing for sure: she was in danger. Her life—and her son’s life—was at the mercy of Ayaan's father. And there was nothing she could do but wait.

Ayaan reached his father's mansion, his mind in turmoil. He didn’t care about the consequences anymore. He didn’t care if his father wanted to force him back into his old life, back into the business and the mafia. All he cared about was Maya and their son.

He burst through the door, his eyes blazing with fury as he faced his father, who sat in his usual chair, unmoved by the storm raging inside his son.

"You took her. Where is she?" Ayaan’s voice was barely a whisper, but the intensity in it made everyone in the room freeze.

"Where is she?" Ayaan’s voice rang through the hall, cold and commanding. His gaze swept over everyone present, daring anyone to stand in his way.

His brother Arjun stepped forward, looking concerned. "Ayaan, calm down. She's fine. They're just—"
