Rayan calling his assistant...

Ryan's assistant's phone rang, shrill in the silence. She hesitated for a moment before answering, her voice trembling slightly. "Y-yes, sir?"

"Where are you?" Ryan's voice was calm, but his assistant's heart skipped a beat.

"I-I'm in the office, sir. Working on some paperwork," she stuttered, struggling to find the right words.

Ryan's response was brief. "Okay, fine. Carry on." The line went dead.

Ryan's assistant let out a sigh of relief, but her mind was racing. Oh no, he knows about me. Will he see me? So many doubts swirled in her head. What should I do now?

She got back into her car and waited, her eyes fixed on the shop. But Ryan didn't emerge. She waited for what felt like an eternity, her anxiety growing with each passing minute.

Suddenly, the scene shifted to Ryan, who was slipping out of the shop through a back door. He quickly got into a waiting car and sped away, leaving Ryan's assistant stunned and confused.

She got out of her car, looking around frantically. Where had he gone? She had lost him. Panic set in as she realized she had no idea where Ryan was headed or what he was planning.

The scene shifted to Ryan's house, where the policeman was sitting in the living room, asking Ryan questions.

"Which time did you see Stephanie last?" the policeman asked.

"In the morning," Ryan replied. "She told me she was going to buy some groceries and she didn't come back."

The policeman nodded, taking notes. "Then there's no CCTV footage of her going out or getting in?"

Ryan shook his head. "I don't know, sir. Maybe it was a mistake. Maybe she went out without being caught on camera."

The policeman looked up, his eyes narrowing. "What is the purpose of Christopher and Stephanie's case? What is the purpose of Christopher kidnapping Stephanie for his sake?"

Ryan's expression turned innocent. "Sir, I don't know about that thing. I suspect him because I have a doubt on him. Last night, she was with him at the office, and I think they might have had a fight or a bad day."

The policeman nodded again. "Okay, then. Stephanie was about to do something. Do you know anything about it?"

Ryan's eyes dropped, his voice barely above a whisper. "No, sir. I don't know anything. I loved her so much, but now the case has no improvement, so I decided to search on my side."

The policeman's expression softened. "Okay, Ryan. Don't worry. We'll find her soon. I know you're sad, but you can also search for your wife. You can find her."

Ryan nodded, a glimmer of hope in his eyes.

The policeman stood up, his notebook closed. "Okay, I'll leave now. Suspects might be in the office. We'll reach him soon."

Ryan watched as the policeman left his house, a mix of emotions swirling inside him.

The policeman arrived at Christopher's office, his eyes scanning the room for any sign of Christopher. But the office was empty, except for the assistant, who looked up nervously as the policeman approached.

"Can I help you?" the assistant asked.

"I'm looking for Christopher," the policeman replied. "Is he here?"

The assistant shook her head. "No, sir. He's not here. He left yesterday night, and I don't know where he is."

The policeman's expression turned skeptical. "You don't know where he is?"
