47. "The Wrath of the Antitrix" (season 1)

Kevin's Antitrix alien, Wreckingbolt, rampages across the city. Kevin struggles to regain control, and the team must act fast to prevent total destruction.

Opening Scene:
The camera opens on a chaotic Bellwood street, engulfed in destruction. Cars are overturned, buildings are partially collapsed, and terrified citizens flee in every direction. At the center of the mayhem is Wreckingbolt, a hulking, red-armored alien with glowing yellow eyes and massive spiked fists. He roars, smashing a car into a nearby building, sending debris flying.

Kevin's voice can be heard faintly, strained and panicked, from within Wreckingbolt's body.

Kevin (Wreckingbolt): "No... not again. Stop it! I can't-"

Wreckingbolt lets out another deafening roar, his actions growing more violent as his rampage continues.

Cut to the Team:

Ben, Gwen, Mago, and Raijin arrive on the scene, horrified at the destruction.

Ben: (activating the Omnitrix, scanning the scene) "That's Wreckingbolt! Kevin's lost control of the Antitrix again!"

Gwen: (summoning a mana shield to protect fleeing civilians) "This is worse than last time. The Antitrix must be malfunctioning-he's completely out of control!"

Mago: (twirling her glowing staff, her expression tense) "Malfunction or not, we need to stop him before someone gets hurt. Or worse."

Raijin: (crackling with electricity, stepping forward) "We can't hold back. If Kevin can't regain control, we'll have to take him down ourselves."

Ben: (activating the Omnitrix and selecting an alien) "Not happening. Kevin's still in there, and I'm not giving up on him. I'll handle this."

Ben transforms into Four Arms, charging toward Wreckingbolt. The massive alien turns, locking eyes with Ben and snarling. The two clash, shaking the ground with their punches.

Ben (Four Arms): "Kevin! You've gotta snap out of it! This isn't you!"

Kevin (Wreckingbolt): (his voice breaking through faintly, struggling) "B-Ben... get... away... I can't-"

(Wreckingbolt's body convulses as he fights for control, but the Antitrix forces him to continue attacking. He hurls Four Arms across the street, sending him crashing into a lamppost.)

Gwen: (launching mana blasts to distract Wreckingbolt) "Ben! He's too far gone. If we don't act now, he'll destroy the entire city!"

Ben (Four Arms): (picking himself up, stubborn) "No way! Kevin's my friend. We'll find a way to save him!"

Mid-Episode: Gwen, Mago, and Raijin work together to protect civilians while Ben continues to engage Wreckingbolt. During the fight, Wreckingbolt's rampage causes a gas line to explode, trapping several people under rubble.

Mago: (casting a shielding spell to contain the flames) "This is getting out of hand! We need to end this before someone gets seriously hurt!"

Raijin: (using his electricity to cut through debris and free trapped civilians) "Ben's not gonna give up on Kevin, but we're running out of time!"

Gwen: (her mana glowing brighter as she forms a barrier around Wreckingbolt to slow him down) "We need to disable the Antitrix! If we can short-circuit it, Kevin might regain control."

Mago: (nodding, her staff glowing with concentrated energy) "Then we'll have to get close enough to target the device. But he's not going to let us near it."

Raijin: (smirking, sparks flying from his fingertips) "Leave that part to me. I'll distract him."

Climax:
The team executes their plan. While Ben continues to engage Wreckingbolt in direct combat, Raijin uses his agility and electric powers to get close enough to the Antitrix. Wreckingbolt roars and swings wildly at Raijin, who narrowly dodges the attacks.

Raijin: (grinning, crackling with energy) "Come on, big guy! You're gonna have to try harder than that!"

Ben (Four Arms): (grappling with Wreckingbolt to hold him still) "Raijin, now! Go for it!"

Raijin leaps onto Wreckingbolt's back, aiming a precise electric shock at the Antitrix. The device sparks and glitches, momentarily destabilizing. Kevin's voice becomes clearer, and his movements falter.)

Kevin (Wreckingbolt): (struggling, his voice desperate) "Ben... I'm-I'm losing it. Get this thing off me!"

Mago and Gwen combine their powers, creating a magical tether that anchors Wreckingbolt to the ground. Gwen's voice trembles with the effort.)

Gwen: (gritting her teeth) "This is your chance, Ben! Help him while we've got him restrained!"

Ben transforms into Upgrade, merging with the Antitrix. Inside the device, he confronts the corrupted programming causing the rampage. The Omnitrix glows brightly as it begins to purge the Antitrix's malfunctioning code.)

Inside the Antitrix:
The scene shifts to a surreal, digital environment where Ben (as Upgrade) confronts a chaotic, glitching entity representing the Antitrix's corrupted AI. Kevin's holographic form appears, trapped and struggling.

Kevin: (desperate) "Ben, you have to hurry! This thing's trying to take over completely!"

Ben (Upgrade): (determined) "Not on my watch. Hold on, Kev-I'm shutting this thing down!"

(Ben battles the corrupted AI, using Upgrade's powers to rewrite the Antitrix's programming. The process is intense, with sparks flying and the environment destabilizing. Finally, with one final surge of energy, the corrupted AI is destroyed, and the Antitrix's systems reboot.)

Back in the Real World:
Wreckingbolt collapses, reverting back to Kevin. He lies on the ground, breathing heavily, as the team rushes to his side.

Gwen: (kneeling next to him) "Kevin! Are you okay?"

Kevin: (groaning, sitting up slowly) "Yeah... I think so. That was... worse than last time."

Ben (back in human form): (helping Kevin up) "You've gotta be more careful with that thing. The Antitrix isn't just some toy, Kevin-it's dangerous."

Kevin: (looking at the Antitrix on his wrist, guilt in his eyes) "I know. I didn't think it could take over like that. I couldn't stop it."

Mago: (softly) "The important thing is that you're okay now. But you need to figure out how to control it before something like this happens again."

Raijin: (crossing his arms, smirking) "Or, you know, just take a break from rampaging across the city. That'd be nice."

Kevin: (glaring at Raijin, then sighing) "Yeah, yeah. Point taken."

Closing Scene:
The team surveys the damage to Bellwood, tired but relieved that the worst is over. As Kevin lingers behind, staring at the Antitrix, Ben approaches him.

Ben: (placing a hand on Kevin's shoulder) "We'll figure it out together. You don't have to handle this alone."

Kevin: (nodding, a small smirk returning) "Thanks, Tennyson. I guess I owe you one."

Ben: (grinning) "You owe me more than one, dude."

(The camera pans out as the team walks away, the sunset casting long shadows over the damaged city. In the distance, a faint glow from the Antitrix hints that its challenges are far from over.)

Cue ominous music as the screen fades to black.
