6 Months In Pregnancy

Ashton's POV

Kayla sat at the bar highlighting random rows on the payroll sheet.

We decided not to rush anything but we're taking things slow before we get married. In a way it feels like we're dating once again. The cute cuddling, the joking around. I think it was for the better we separated for a while.

I was pulled out of my train of thought when the bell on the door rung. A man in a suit walked in. He was asian but seemed American.

"Excuse me, I'm looking for a friend-" the man looked up and froze.

Kayla turned and smiled. "Eric!"

She stood and approached "Eric". They had a short hug before Kayla pulled him over.

"Eric this is Ashton Irwin, my fiancé. Ash this is Eric Nam."

I set the rag down and clasped hands with the man. It took every ounce of will power not to ask "how do you know her".

"I'm an architect. She called me about the apartment she was staying at." I nodded before Kayla walked away.

"What do you do for a living?" He asked. A part of me wanted to say something that would make him feel lesser of me but I knew better.

"I'm a musician. My bands name is-" Eric cut me off.

"5 Seconds of Summer." I was taken aback. "My daughter is a fan." A smile took over my frown.

"I'd like ask a favor."

"What's this favor?" He asked intrigued.

"I'd like to build a shed like place for my son in Australia." Eric's ears perked up.

Audrey's POV

"It's been two months Kayla." I whined sitting next to her in Ashton's bar. Kayla sat next to me in her barstool, a whiskey in her hand.

"You did betray her Audrey. How did you think she'd react?" Kayla asked using her motherly voice.

I threw my hands up in frustration. "I don't know! Not like this!"

Holding my head in my hands, I shut my eyes. A throbbing pain planted itself in my temples. Kayla looked at me for a while, occasionally taking a sip of her drink, before she spoke again.

"What about a 5 Sauce vacation?" I glanced at her.

"What the hell is that?"Kayla smiled brightly at me.

"A vacation. We should get this whole crazy and mental family away from the public and the city. Somewhere like- Montana. Lets go there."

I grimaced.  "Why Montana?"

Kayla rolled her eyes. "It's far away, not greatly populated, and there are mountains." The more Kayla talked about this "vacation". Soon Kayla and I were sitting at the lonely bar making phone calls to airlines, car rentals, resorts and the four families of 5 Sauce.

Three weeks later, we were all standing in line preparing to board the plain to Glacier Park International Airport. It was currently two in the morning and none of us looked pleased to be here, not even Baby Elliot. Hell the small boy was still wearing his Thomas the Tank Engine pajamas and slippers.

"Whoevers idea it was to book a flight this early, I will personally hit you." Mikey muttered adjusting his glasses to cover his eyes. The only people who seemed to have energy in all of this were the paparazzi. Security had managed to get rid of most but some refused to leave until we spoke about something "revealing". The whole time we stood in line they bombarded us with question after question of useless nonsense. Thankfully none of us replied, except for a cranky Marisa who was spitting sarcastic/smartass remarks like her life depended on it.
