In the kitchen, Jungkook quickly set about making a steaming bowl of ramen, stirring the noodles in boiling water as he attempted to calm the metaphorical rats that were running a marathon in his stomach. Once Areum finished eating, Jungkook engaged in a playful session, tossing a small toy for him to chase. Before he knew it, the rhythmic sound of purring filled the room, and he realized Areum had curled up beside him and fallen asleep.

Feeling a bit restless, Jungkook wandered into Nam's mini office to grab his laptop, hoping to pass the time by scrolling aimlessly on the internet.

As he opened up the browser, a headline caught his eye that made his heart sink. It was an article discussing Jeon Jungkook’s potential collaboration with SP Production for the lead role in a highly anticipated web series.

The article, while not confirmed, boldly presented it as a likely possibility. Jungkook felt a surge of frustration; he suddenly recalled someone from the earlier crowd at an event had asked him about potential acting projects, and in a moment of ambiguity, he had stated he would think about it.

"But I only said I'll think about it! What the hell?" he muttered to himself, irritation bubbling to the surface.

Without wasting another moment, he dialed his manager's number, venting his frustrations and demanding that something be done about the situation. This was the first time he had taken such a commanding approach, issuing orders like the star he was.

Next on his list was to reach out to his Hyung, to clarify that there was no need to hype things up; the rumors were simply not true. If there was someone who was destined for roles in web series or films, it was more likely to be Kim Taehyung, not him.
