*GEOFFREY'S POV*

"Dude, we have to go get our tux for Jackie's quince," Junior walked to a bowl by the door which held the keys of everyone in the house.

"Alright man, whenever you're ready."

"Lets go," In seconds, Junior and I were headed to downtown Houston.

"The mall in Houston has cheaper things," Junior said slipping the keys in his back pocket. I had to take some sunglasses and beanie. I hadn't even done my copete which made me a little less vulnerable to fans.

The mall wasn't as packed since it was a Thursday. Everyone had bags, couples were holding hands, and having a good time.

"Come on," Junior entered a tuxedo store and his mom and Jackie were waiting for us.

Jackie threw herself on me "Hey Jackie," I hugged her back.

"So happy to finally see you again!" Her arms squeezed my waist and reminded me of how my fans treat me the same way.

"Same here. You've gown so much!" She let me go and gave me a smile.

"We all have. Now, I have a few tuxedos picked out for you guys. Just try them on," She pulled out six tuxedos, three for me and three for Junior. They were black but had a red bow and tie, "during the night, I want you guys to change from bows to ties, is that okay?"

Junior and I turned to look at each other then turned back to Jackie and nodded. I honestly didn't see a difference in any of the three tuxedos but Jackie did. We paid and left to a shoe store. Jackie picked the shoes out as well and we were on our way to buy food in no time.

"What is Prince craving today?" Junior took an exit leading to the ghettos where many good restaurants were located.

"Just about anything. Doesn't matter."

"You sure?"

"I'm sure."

"Good 'cause there's really nothing besides Mexican food."

"Figured. Texas isn't as diverse food wise as we are up north."

"I don't know how to take that."

"Well that's not good. Mexican food is great, don't get me wrong, but it's everywhere around here. I wanna be able to get some Cuban, some Jamaican, or some Puerto Rican food, you get me? Other than that, I love Texas."

"At least you weren't born here."

"No but we spent most summers here, remember?"

"Of course I do. Too many good memories to forget."

"Seems like just yesterday."

"Remember when you made your first song ever?"

"Hell yeah dude, how can I forget," I smiled remembering the two o'clock conversation I had with Alex leading to me singing the song to her. She never knew that that song was for her. The song was a special one for me. I knew I was basically pouring out my heart to her but she knew I was only letting her listen to it. My love for her was never revealed.

"So you really think I'll make it?" I put down my guitar and gave her a skeptical look.

"Of course I do Geoffs. Your songs are--- out of this world. I love listening to you sing no matter what it is. You'll be know all over the world some day, just wait on it," She patted my shoulder and smiled.

"Highly doubt it but it's not bad to say dreams out loud once in a while, huh?"

"Especially dreams you know will happen," The December winds started picking up but soon came to a stop, "and then you'll forget about me. I'll go my way, you'll go yours."

"Alex don't say that."

"Why not? That's true to."

I was at lost of words but finally said, "I know it all gets a little crazy, but I got faith in you and me," I took her hand and placed it in mine. She looked at it then me and gave me a smile. We were in a tight embrace in no time.

"Te quiero mucho hermano."

"Yo tambien Alex."

Sucky chapters, I understand but I'm trying to speed up to story bc A) i want to write as much before school starts and B) we desperately need to get to the tears part k bye :)
