Author's note: sorry for the delay, guys, but due to board examination, delays like this will occur for 2 months, and then I'll be regular if this story goes on till then. Thank you so much for your patience.
We walk into Mr. Matthews's class and sit down.
"Gia, it's your special day. Would you like to sit in the front today? , I'll take your seat. " Riley says
"Thank you, Riley. That's very sweet of you." I reply
She takes a seat behind her where she usually sits. I also take a seat.
"Happy Birthday Gia! " Mr. Matthews says
"Thanks, Mr. Matthews. " I reply while smiling
"It's Cory for you today. " he smiles
"Oh well, thanks, Cory. " I say also giving him a polite smile
"Alright, class, today we will learn about the China wall. I am sure everyone knows what it is. But does anyone know why was it made?" Cory asks
" The Great Wall of China was built to keep invaders out. It was constructed over 2,000 years ago to protect the Chinese Empire. The wall was built and expanded by many Chinese dynasties. " Farkle replies
"How do you know all this stuff. " me and Maya say and then grin at each other
Farkle just playfully rolls his eyes.
The class carries on until the bell rings. I get out of my seat and start walking with Zay and everyone else is waking ahead. Just then, Farkle stopped, and Zay nodded at him.
Suddenly, I felt a pull, and I was in the empty Science lab. I look behind and see Farkle and his hands behind his back.
"Jesus freaking Christ Farkle. You scared the shit out of me. What happened? " I say while sighing
"Guess," he replies with a playful smirk
"Don't tell me it's another 'pre-gift.' I don't have another place to keep a bouquet. "
"Yes and no, it's not a bouquet. I am more creative than that. "
"Geez, Farkle, I, don't need these gifts. "
"I already told you. Deal with it. Now close your eyes. "
"Okay, but make it quick. I am hungry. " I giggle
When I open my eyes, the lights are turned off, and in my hands is a beautiful space globe. Something like this:

"Oh my god, it's beautiful. " I mutter
"You like it?" He asks
"I love it!" I say enthusiastically
He does one of his signature haa and says "I knew you would. Also, just because I don't do it often doesn't mean I am over it. "
"Of course you are. Now, let's get out of here before someone gets suspicious. "
"Suspicious? Why do you want to do something that would make people suspicious? "
"I didn't say that. I said people might see a girl and a boy alone with no lights on and think something weird is going on. "
"You still didn't answer my question," he smirks
"Shut up, and let's get out of here. " I blush a bit, but he can't see it, maybe. I am not sure
I grab his hand and go to the cafeteria. Where I leave his hand as soon as I enter because I can already picture Maya's reaction.
"And where were you two? " Lucas raised his eyebrow
"She went to the restroom, and I was waiting outside for her. It's rude to leave her alone. And I guess you didn't notice. "
"Listen, if there is some funky stuff going on between you two, you can tell us. We will keep our mouths shut. We ain't gonna judge. " Zay speaks up
"No, there is no 'funky business' going on here. " I say lying maybe
Is there something going on between us? Does he like me or does he do this for everyone? I am too confused. I guess I should ask Riley and Maya. They know him better than anyone.
"Sure there isn't. " Maya winks
We take a seat.
"So about my party at night. I want you all to be there sharp by 6. Do not be late. I swear you do it every time. "
"Of course we won't. Today is your special day. " Riley says
"Great," I say
I walked back home and was immediately informed that my brother had a text the next day and my mom would not be able to come to my birthday to help him study, and my dad thought it was a bad idea to come alone. So basically no adults.
"Well why couldn't he have studied in the morning," I say with frustration clear as day in my voice
"Because your brother didn't tell me about the test. Come on, honey, please try to understand. " Mom says
"Fine." I sigh
After a while, my parents came upstairs to my room and gave me a beautiful necklace and a copy of Pride and Prejudice.
Later that night, I got dressed in a black dress, coming to my knees with black lace tights (stockings). I styled my curtain bangs with a blow dryer and a round brush, braided the larger front pieces into two braids, and tied it with a cute claw clip on the back of my head. I applied some makeup and setting spray and left for my party.
I arrived at Topanga's, and everyone shouted Happy Birthday, we danced around, and I cut the cake.
Everyone requested me to open the presents then and there.
Maya and Riley got me a sketch and some gouache paints. Lucas got me a Blue Ray of Uncharted: the movie. Zay gave me a purple perfume bottle and a box of chocolates.
"Thank you guys these are amazing," I say
"Farkle didn't you bring anything for Gia? " says Maya
"Yeah, I did," he said as he pulled out an envelope.
As I opened it, I saw two Taylor Swift concert tickets.
"OH MY GOD! Farkle this is the best gift ever! "
" And you can bring whoever you or me. It's your choice. "
" I thought you weren't a big fan of music of this genre. "
"I can be for you. "
I blush as the rest of the four people around me oohed
" Thank you so much, Farkle. This is the best anyone has ever given me. This must have cost you a fortune. "
