Both Phayu and Rain stood facing each other, Rain was feeling nervous while Phayu looked at the younger man hopefully, “What did you want to talk about?”
“That…I’m sorry for yesterday…” Rain shouted, surprising Phayu. Rain looks at Phayu with guilty look and continues,
“I didn’t lie! When I joined the competition, I really didn’t know what it was about… but I don’t hate you ... .I might like you too…” Rain whispered last part but Phayu heard him and his face eased
“Then…” Phayu hesitated to speak
“I don’t know! I have my own insecurities!” Rain admitted as he looked at Phayu in worry
“Tell me about it…” Phayu grabbed Rain’s hand and gently caress it
“I’m afraid…afraid you will change after I fall for you…” Rain looks at Phayu and then quickly looks away. Phayu frowns on hearing Rain’s confession and he held Rain's hand tightly
“And why do you think so?” Phayu asked Rain patiently
“Because!” Rain stopped and looked at Phayu helplessly, “I can’t explain! It's just how I feel!”
“Then please give me a chance, I swear to you that I won’t change at all… I will love you always..” Phayu assured Rain who still look at him in worry
“Rain, unless we try, we won’t know… also I don't want to regret for not giving it a try..” Phayu spoke in a gentle voice.
Phayu knew Rain was thinking about it and patiently waited for Rain’s response. Few seconds passed and Rain finally spoke, “Fine, let’s give it a try…”
“Thank you na, I promise to make you like me…” Phayu was happy as he held Rain’s hand tightly. Rain nodded in response and Phayu spoke again
“Can I hug you?” Rain nodded again and Phayu hugs him slowly before letting him go
“Tonight, please be my first dance…” Phayu requested Rain who smiled and agreed.
Sky and PraPai finished their training, PraPai had a cloth piece tied around his eyes and he was stretching his body.
“Next time someone points a sword at me, I swear to beat them up..” Sky whispered with determination
“Huh?” PraPai looks at Sky who quickly shook his head as no before realising that PraPai couldn’t see him, “Nothing, I said nothing..”
“So… Tonight's ball..” PraPai started nervously while Sky waited for him to continue
“I wish you would dance with me, first..” PraPai requested while Sky’s face became blank
“I don’t know how to dance…”
“Huh? Really? Or you’re just tricking me?” PraPai asked in confusion
“I didn’t learn it as a child..” Sky replies calmly
“Then, I will guide you! You're a good student, you will learn quickly!” PraPai told Sky excitedly
“Will see.. I will put on the veil, you can take off that cloth piece..” Sky told PraPai and was about to walk away but PraPai grabbed his hand to stop him, “Wait! What’s the hurry… this feels like our little secret affair..”
“Can’t you talk normally for once?” Sky asked in annoyance but his cheeks were red
“Khun! I was joking! Affairs sounds exciting but I want us to be official so that I can do so many things..” PraPai said while pouting
