Hi yes, it's me. I was reading through the comments (that may or may not have been left months ago) and I just want to say thank you all for the support you gave this fic and for reading it and commenting.
I did take a stupidly long break from this series, but it's back and the third book is completed, with a potential fourth on the way. (Please comment crossover ideas.)
For those of you confused about the last chapter - that was supposed to be a hint towards the next book in a sense, which was pointed out in the comments. I do have to admit the wording was absolutely confusing and I might just rewrite that chapter later on.
