"............do. Baldo!" A voice calls out to Bard. He wakes up and pulls out his gun at the person, but Sebastian catches his arm. "What the heck! It's just you! "We can talk about that stuff in the mornin', can't we!? I'm beat, y'know." Bard lays back down and wraps himself with his blanket. "I want you to listen now." Sebastian stops him as he stares into Bard's eyes.

"Tch! Yeeeah, aaall right." Bard scratches his head. "First, tomorrow's breakfast. As I think the guests will be eating around noon, please prepare something somewhat filling. I have prepared herring pie and spinach quiche and put them in the larder, so please serve those to the guests. Please be vigilant and avoid cooking and serving something like kidney pie. Joker and Dagger wake up. "Finny, Joker, and Dagger. I am sorry to have woken you all." Sebastian apologizes. "Mister Sebastian? What're you doin' up at this hour...?" Finny rubs his eyes while Joker yawns and Dagger stretches. "Finny, due to the storm, you will be unable to work on the garden for some time. Starting tomorrow, I would like you and Dagger to see to replacing the coal for the fires and to keep Pluto out of trouble. Do it the first thing in the morning. Understood?" Sebastian tells them. "Yesssh!!" Finny raised his hand and Pluto goes back to sleep. "'Kaayyy!!" Dagger yawns. "Joker, I would like you to assist Bard if he ever mess up." Sebastian tells him. "'lright!" Joker nods. "Now to bed with you all. Tomorrow will be another early start." Sebastian tucks Finny as he goes back to sleep along with Joker and Dagger. "Well then, I entrust tomorrow to you... ...Chef." Sebastian leaves the room. "Yep!" Bard goes back to sleep. "....." Bard sits up fast when he realizes what Sebastian said. "Did he say chef!?"

*With Mey-Rin*

The sound of knocks wakes up Mey-Rin. "Nn...! Who is it, who is there...?" Mey-Rin sits up. "I will be right there, I wiiill!" Mry-Rin tried to reach her glasses. "GYAAAH!!" Mey-Rin fell off her bed. "I beg your pardon for keeping you waiting, I do." Mey-Rin opens the door. "Forgive me for disturbing you at this late hour." Sebastian holds a cage with an white owl inside. "!! M-M-M-M-M-M-Mister Sebastian!? Wh-Wh-Wh-Wh-What brings you here at this time of night!? D-D-D-D-Did you come to sneak into my bed–" Mey-Rin blushes. "There is something I would like you to do first thing in the morning." Sebastian informs her.

"Eh? Oh! Yes." Mey-Rin calms down. "When dawn breaks, please promptly set this bird free. There is a letter tied to its leg." Sebastian tells her. "A letter, you say? For whom...?" Mey-Rin asks. "It is not essential for you to know that. However... ...It will prove useful in the future without fail. As soon as dawn breaks now. Understood?" Sebastian reminds her. "Y-Yes, sir." Mey-Rin holds the cage. "Then I shall take my leave. Please forgive the late intrusion." Sebastian turns to leave. "Ah."

"Oh yes, one more thing..." Sebastian stops mid-way on the stairs.
