"Set off all the fireworks and distress flares we have aboard! Keep the ship lit!" A worker orders. "We've received a transmission from a cargo vessel sailing nearby. They can reach us in about two hours if they hurry." One worker runs up to the man. "...Is that so! All we can do now is get as many people on the boats as humanly possible. Do it quick!" The worker orders. "Aye-aye, sir!"

"Two more hours, eh...?"

"So you're Rian, hm?" Grell asks him. "Wha–!? How do you know my nam–" Rian gets cut off. "Okay, okay! That's enough small talk. Are we right in assuming you're the fellow who doctored the corpses to make them move?" Ronald questions him. "!" Rian's eyes widened. "Such a pain, aren't they? These 'irregular' types. 'Death' is s'posed to be a rule that can never be overturned in this world." Ronald smirks. "Well? How do you stop those corpses?" Grell questions Rian. "Th–There's a device in my room that will nullify their absolute salvation!!" Rian answers.

*The Campania: First-Class Cabin*

"–So? You were saying? Where's this device of yours then?" Grell questions him again. "Th-This can't be... it truly was here! Don't tell me...!!" Rian realized who took it.

Sebastian carries Ciel with (Y/n) next to them, but they stop.

"That man made off with it...!?"

"You're–!!" Ciel's eyes widened in shock. "Oh God. Not him." (Y/n) groan.

It was the Viscount Druitt that looked at them.

"The Viscount of  Druitt...!?" Ciel said. "Nn? And who are you? How do you know who I am?" Viscount questions him which the three freeze. "Well, I suppose it is indeed difficult to not know of me, as I'm celebrated in society circles for being the personification of beauty." Viscount Druitt gloats. "With all due respect, what are you doing in a place like this, Viscount? The walking dead are ambling through this vessel as we speak." Sebastian said. "Damn, you made a reference." (Y/n) said.

The Viscount grins. "There's something here that I daren't leave on this sinking ship, even if it means exposing myself to mortal danger." The three look at each other. "To begin with, those corpses amount to nothing more than useless dolls to me– Oh, dear. I've nattered on for too long... if you'll excuse me." Viscount was about to walk away. "The eternal flame in this breast!" Sebastian said the code. "Cannot be quenched by anyone! We are–"

"PHOENIX!!" They did the pose. "Ah! So you were comrades! Speaking of, I do get the feeling we've met before." Viscount said. "That contraption! Can it perhaps stop the movements of those corpses?" Ciel questioned him. "Where did you learn that?" Viscount glares at them. "I knew it... then you're–!?"

The Viscount turns around and walks away. "If you wish to know, follow me. I shall allow you to bear witness as well. To the advent of a new Aurora by way of medicine... ...that is." Viscount smirks.

The three follow him with the men carrying the machine. "Shall we take it by force, sir?" Sebastian asks. "No, we don't know how to use it. Let's have him activate it for u–" Ciel noticed someone. "Guh hee hee..." A certain chuckle comes out. "I know that chuckle anywhere." (Y/n) said. "What the–!? Undertaker!? What are you doing here?" Ciel questions him. "Hee! Hee! Hiiiya! I was told to help carry this as I was in the middle of running for my life, you seeee! Then I caught sight of the Earl hollering 'phoenix' once more, and..." Undertaker grins. "Wipe that from your memory right now!!" Ciel shouts while (Y/n) laughs.
