When Miles opened the front door on an early morning, his time had already been ruined. His stare went cold seeing the desperate one across from him.

"I won't bother you, I just need to talk to—"

Miles shut the door out of panic, and the fact it was early in the morning and he'd already had his alone time disrupted. He took a breather deciding what to do, he didn't even think you were awake.

"Miles, who's at the door?"

Miles scowled and turned around to see you. "Why are you awake so early? Go back to sleep," he tried to shoo you away.

"Gosh, blame dad for buying the loudest doorbell." You mutter, then began to sit on the staircase and scroll on your phone.

Miles was ready to walk away, but he just had to check if Robby was somehow still there. If he was, then Miles knew he was desperate. Like, really desperate to talk to his sister. Pathetic, but Miles knew he'd genuinely do the same for Sam.

To his dismay, Robby was staring towards the door patiently waiting. He looked confused and lost. And, again, pathetic in Miles' mind.

Miles hated Robby. He never had a clear interaction with him, but by the singular things Robby contributed with Cobra Kai; Miles had no reason not to hate him besides any stories you'd rarely tell about Robby.

Then, it clicked in Miles' mind. Hatred. One simple feeling could destroy and determine everything. Sam hated...or hates...Tory, yet she still let you in for the All Valley final because she didn't want to let hatred go between her lover.

Oh god. Miles grimaced, quickly understanding what'd he would have to do. He couldn't let his own hatred go between you and...Robby. You two would have to talk eventually, it was best to do so now in the comfort of home; and when mom and dad are deeply asleep.

Miles slowly opened the door wider but away from your line of sight. You were too busy watching whatever was on your phone anyway.

"She's more hardheaded than me." Miles whispered, glaring daggers towards Robby. "You're gonna need faith if she somehow agrees to listen."

Robby deeply sighed and ruffled his hair. "Thank you." He shook Miles' hand firmly as a thanks.

Miles got disgusted. "Let go of me, you weirdo." He slapped Robby's hand away. Robby looked at him weirdly again before fixating back to you, still on the stairs. "Y/N..." Miles slammed the door loudly to grab your attention.

You lazily glanced up from your phone and went wide eyed seeing the man taking off his sneakers. "You piece of shit! What is he doing here?" You stood up and put your phone in your pajama pocket.
