Over the years, I've got many people plugging their stories on my wall or in this story. I've always deleted them, as I believe in succeeding on your own merit. And you gotta admit, using someone else's story just to advertise your own is kinda tacky and rude. I also don't want my wall and my stories clogged up by unrelated content.
However, deep down, I've always felt a tinge of guilt. Perhaps I'm being too harsh. Perhaps I've grown too old to remember what it feels like just starting out on Wattpad. The fact is, it's nearly impossible for new stories to get discovered on Wattpad nowadays with the broken algorithm. Perhaps there is a win-win solution for both sides...
