TWO WEEKS LATER.

Taehyung and Jimin walked through the school gates, chatting and laughing together. As they made their way to their locker, Taehyung turned to Jimin with a mischievous grin. "Hey Jimin, did you do the math homework?"

Jimin smiled. "Of course I did, every work for you, my dear friend." Taehyung playfully rolled his eyes, chuckling. "You're a lifesaver Jimin. I owe you one."

Jimin replied, you always say that, but you never pay me.

Taehyung burst out laughing at Jimin's teasing remark. "Hey, that's not true! I paid you back with those gaming sessions, remember?"

SUDDENLY.

The principal's voice boomed over the school's intercom system, "Attention all students, please report to the assembly hall immediately. We have an important announcement to make."

When every student gathered. "Okay everyone," the principal announced, a wide smile spreading across his face. "Some students from our football team have been awarded scholarships to study and play in America, showcasing their talents on an international stage." The assembly hall erupted into cheers and applause as the principal continued, "And the students who have been selected for this incredible opportunity are.... Jungkook!" Minho and Albert.

Jungkook's eyes sparkled with excitement as he jumped out of his seat, his voice echoing through the hall. "Me? Going to America? It's been my dream!" he shouted, his face alight with joy. Every student looked at him with curiosity, thrilled by his infectious enthusiasm.

"Congratulations, Jungkook!" the principal exclaimed, a broad smile on his face. "You, along with a few other talented members of our football team, will be embarking on this incredible journey to America."

"However, the sponsor will be coming to watch you play before taking you to America," the principal cautioned, his expression turning serious. "We have a big match on Friday, so please, everyone, work hard and don't disappoint us."

Jimin turned to Taehyung and asked, "Are you okay with it? Jungkook going to America?" Taehyung's expression was neutral, but a hint of sadness flickered in his eyes.

What should i do Jimin? You see how happy he's, Taehyung whispered.

Jimin's eyes softened in understanding, and he placed a reassuring hand on Taehyung's shoulder. "Just be happy for him, bestie," Jimin whispered back.

TIME SKIPPED.

Jimin and Taehyung were sitting in the cafeteria. Suddenly, Jimin asked, Tae, "You never talked about that night you spent with Jungkook. How was your dad's reaction?"

Taehyung's eyes clouded over, and he stared down at his food, his voice barely above a whisper. "It was... complicated," he said, his words hesitant. "My dad was furious, but Jungkook... he stood up for me.

FLASHBACK.

It's was morning seven o'clock, Taehyung wakes up with a panic. "Kookie i have to go! My dad, he's going to kill me!"

Jungkook says, "Calm down tae. Let me dress up, I'll come with you."

But my dad hates you kookie, if he sees me with you, he will got more angry, Taehyung whispered.

Jungkook's expression remained calm, but a
hint of determination crept into his voice. "I don't care, Tae. I'm not going to let you face him alone."

The entire time, Taehyung was sobbing uncontrollably, his body shaking with fear and anxiety. "What are we going to do, Kookie?" he choked out between sobs. Jungkook just kept telling him not to worry, that everything was going to be alright.
