THIRD PERSON'S POV
--------------------
A frentic Jin, looked around the entire park like a madman.
The trees and grass, a shade of bright green hours ago had now turned completely black.
Under the dim lights of the poles, he held a bright flash light in one hand, invested in his search for his little one.
Searching at the same place informed by Chen and Jen for hours, he now finally felt like moving to another spot.
But turning around, all he could see was the deep pond in front of him which hitched his breaths.
He doesn't even want to think anywhere around it. But the pessimistic thoughts still kept clouding his vision.
In the end, who was even at fault but him?
He've spent his days and night at the company, trying to expand his business and let down the enemies and foes that had ever looked down on him.
But in the race to be the best version of himself, he'd left the most important part of his life completely neglected.
"Junwoo....", he called out in a hushed tone. His voice filled with guilt and disappointment.
Breathing rather heavily, he suddenly fell on his knees. Tears of remorse continuously streaming down his eyes as he clenched them shut in stress.
He've always failed himself.
As a son.
As a brother.
And now as a father.....
"Dad!!!"
His eyes wide opened at the familiar voice. His breath hitched as a small figure hidden under the dark shadows came running towards him.
"Dad!"
Jin immediately got on his feet as the light from the poles finally enlightened the little guy reaching him.
It was junwoo.
His junwoo.
"Junwoo!", he didn't wait a moment before leaping at him, pulling him in a strong embrace.
"Where were you?! Do you understand how worried I got?!", jin kissed the kid continuously while the latter only sobbed.
"I'm sorry...."
