Inner beaty matters.
A lie that you've been hearing since the moment you were born.
If it really did matter then why were you treated like trash even after all the efforts you put into your work and personality?
A blatant lie...

-------------------- THIRD PERSON'S POV --------------------
The freezing cold water ran down her limp body, laving all the blood seeping down from her injuries.
Sitting on the wet marble floor of the congested stall, her eyes looked dead staring at nothing.
The frigid water from the shower over her head mixed with her blood painted the white marble floors a hue of crimson.
The engagement party had long ended. The clamour and jubilant noises once loud, now completely faded. The hallways, the extravagant stage, once crowded were now completely vacant. There wasn't a single being in sight..... Not a single person but her.
Unmoving.
Cold.
And seemingly dead.
But even in the eerie silence she didn't show any fear, no reluctance, no panic.
As if all the demons had already encountered her, devoured her, possessed her, leaving her with the fear of nothing.
The restroom door slowly creaked open. Foot steps echoed inside before they stopped right besides her half opened stall door.
The tall figure slowly descended on his knees. Droplets of water splashed over his white tailored suit but he didn't mind.
"What happened to you?", his deep voice reverberated. Concern evident.
"Who did this to you yn?!"
Yn's head mechanically moved towards the man.
Kim seok Jin looked dead worried witnessing her state. Her eyes from his face slowly dropped to the recent stains of water that tainted his attire.
A glint of spark ignited her dead eyes. A small stretch made it to the right side of her dry chapped lips.
She wasn't upset with the physical injuries they had inflicted upon her. What she truly loathed was their sense of pride of how they thought their lives were so perfect because they deserve it.
She deserved it too. She deserved all the luxuries they had their entire lives. The privilege they enjoyed all the time. She deserved that love, they all got.
But even if she didn't have it before, then it's time for her to snatch it now.
And then again, for the injuries caused by the soon-to-be bride, who else could be a better shoulder to cry.....
