[At The Coffee Shop]
-------------------- THIRD PERSON'S POV --------------------
"I was drunk. He wore the same jacket as you and I couldn't differ much between you both. Is that a thing too hard to understand?!", Lisa yelled at Jungkook who still kept himself indulged in his game.
"Stop avoiding me!", she snatched his phone making him frown.
Inhaling sharply, he relaxed his back over the cafeteria chair, glaring at her hard.
"What if I did something like that? Would you forgive me? Would you be fine with it?"
"I'm sorry....", she held both of his hands in hers. "You know I wasn't in my senses. And if you did something like that being out of your senses then I would understand you. Not blame you for it.", she showed her puppy eyes and could see he was melting.
"Also, it was that guy taking advantage of me. And you already taught him his lesson. No? So relax now."
He gradually nodded making her smile.
That day, when she came back from the restroom, she didn't find him anywhere in sight. Believing he'd went home and to take out her stress, she thought about a small hookup with the handsome guy on the dance floor.
But to her dismay, Jungkook suddenly entered back the club.
Good fate, she was good at acting and pretended that the guy was taking advantage of her leading to Jungkook beating the crap out of him.
Otherwise it would've been a great loss.
"It's been long. Just forget about it.", she tapped his hands and he finally smiled.
"Also, mom wants to meet you. Why don't you join us for a lunch this Thursday?", she asked and watched how his smile faded.
"I have practice this Thursday Lisa. It's not possible."
"Then Saturday?", she persuaded but he shook his head making her smile disappear.
"Today or never.", she took away her hands making him sigh.
"You know how important this time is for....."
"Today's lunch or not Jungkook?", she firmly asked. He've been avoiding the topic for so long that she feels that he's doing it on purpose now. But why would he do that when he was the one to propose her for a relationship?
"Alright. But dinner not lunch.", he bargains and she nods with a huge grin.
