Bonus chapter

JUGHEAD

"Hey."

"Hey, what are the kids doing?"

"They're asleep."

"They finally fell asleep, hmm well nice."

"Yeah after two book and a quick game of hide and seek. They finally drifted off to sleep." I say as I took a seat beside Betty on the couch.

"You made yourself do that." She giggled.

"It's fine though, I did not hate one single bit of it." I moved myself behind her and sat her between my legs. "And I love them so." I dipped my head to her neck and placed a light kiss.

"Of course you do." She said leaning into me.

I wrapped my arms around her body tugging her more closer to me. My lips left light kissed on her neck and shoulder, her body relaxing to my touch.

"How was work today?" Betty questioned as she closed her book.

"It's was fine, other than the meeting. My favorite part was when you called." I said leaning back into the couch, laying Betty's head down on my chest.

"The kids wanted to see you, well Juliet did, Jordon just wanted to know." Betty sighed rubbing my arm.

"Well I'm happy they asked for me."

We had Jordan months later when Juliet turned 4. It was a surprise to both of us. Which we found in the most funny way.

When he was born Juliet was all over him she never left his side. There was nothing else I could ask for than for a happy family.

I looked down at Betty, she really was the woman of my dreams, the one who I would fall in love over and over again.

She leaned her head up with a smile. "What are you staring at?" She asked.

"You." I smiled back. I placed a kiss on her forehead making her eyes close.

"Hey I was thinking maybe this weekend we could go out for a trip. The kids have been telling me that want to go to a road trip."

"Since when do they want to go to a road trip?" I asked.

"Since their aunt Veronica talked to them about her trip to France and their uncle Kevin told them about his experience with Fangs in their little getaway."

Of course they got it from them. Veronica always babel's about her trips to us when she visit us.

Kevin on the other hand doesn't babel but he does mention it quite frequently.

"Of course they got it from them. But a road trips doesn't actually sound so bad, plus I do have next week off."

It was a lie, but I wouldn't mind spending the weekend and the next of the whole week with my kids and wife. But Betty doesn't have to know that.

"You do?" Betty said raising her head to my eye level.

"There are no scheduled meetings or anything and if anything were to happen or come up, Toni would notify me."

A lie again. Toni would notify me and I did have a few meetings, but they could easily be rearranged.

"Are you sure?"

"Yes, you don't trust me."

"I do, but I just want to make sure because when I tell the kids and you randomly have something going on they would be disappointed, if it got canceled."

"They won't because this week will be just for us. Plus I have never disappointed them. Or have I?"

"No." Betty smiled, she leaned down and kissed me. I captured her face, kissing her harder.

Her hands went up to my chest as she straddled me. My hands went to the inside of her shirt as I brushed my fingers against her waist.

I bit into her bottom lip and tugged it. Her lips patted open making me slip my tongue in. She hummed into the kiss as we continued making out.

I gave her waist a light squeeze as we both got lost into the kiss. I slowly lifted her shirt up, up until we heard giggles and footsteps making us pulled away from the kiss.

Both our heads shot to the stairs. Betty looked down at me with "are you serious" face.

"I thought you put them to sleep." Betty said as she fixed her shirt.

"They had their eyes closed and it's sounded like they were snoring." I said trying to justify my statement.

Betty adjusted herself around me and laid in front of me on the couch. I wrapped my arm in her stomach and pushed her closer to me making sure she doesn't fall from the couch.

"Next time pretend to leave." Betty said as I spotted one of them peaking their head from the stairs.

"Noted." I say as u placed a kiss behind her head.

I spotted them slowly walking down the stairs. They giggled their way down, probably thinking we haven't heard them.

"Shh Jordan, they are going to hear us." Juliet whispered.

"Sorry sis." Jordan replied.

"You guys can come out from there we saw you guys." Betty laughed.

"Aw damn." I heard Juliet say.

We quickly saw Jordan rush towards us as he laughed. Betty captured him and placed him between us on the couch. Juliet came in seconds later and I sat her between mine and Betty's legs.

"What are you guys doing awake, you guys are supposed to be sleeping." Betty asked.

"We were for a bit." Juliet paused. "But then we woke up and we heard what you guys were talking." Juliet said her voice getting quieter.

"Is it true?" Jordan asked seconds later.

"What is true, honey?" Betty said as she moved his strands of hair away from his face.

"The road trip." Juliet jumped in.

Betty glanced up at me with a look. I knew what she meant, she wanted me to tell them the answer to their question.

I sighed before I replied. "Yes, yes it's true. We are going on a road trip."

"YAY." Excitement erupted from both Juliet and Jordan.

It created a smile on my face. Seeing both of them smiling and happy was all I needed to see. Will do anything to keep their smile on their faces  everyday.

I glanced down at Betty and spotted her with a huge smile on her lips. She glanced up at me, admiring me with her green eyes.

She leaned her head up and gave my lips a quick peck. For the rest of the night we somewhat planed our road trip. Which the kids had many ideas and places to go to that I didn't know they knew.

At the end of the day I have a wonderful  family I never expected I will ever have. A wife I will always love till I die and children I will cherish forever.

Never regret falling in love with her.

This was a very last minute chapter. I felt like there has to be at least one bonus chapter. I had debated on uploading this one but I did it anyway.
