Part 10: Unveiling the Truth of Desire

The moon hung high in the sky, its silver glow casting an ethereal light over the mansion. Subaru returned to his room after a long day, exhausted and still lost in thought about the growing complexities in his relationships. His mind churned with questions and doubts, but all he wanted now was to collapse into bed and rest.

Opening the door, Subaru froze. His room, which was supposed to be a haven of solitude, was anything but empty.

Sitting together, scattered across his bed and chair, were Beatrice, Petra, Meili, Ryuzu, and Pandora. Each of them wore expressions he couldn't quite place—soft smiles, intense gazes, and a strange glint in their eyes that immediately set him on edge.

Subaru blinked, stepping back slightly. "Uh... hey, everyone. What’s going on?"

No one answered right away. Instead, their eyes locked onto him with a focus that made him uneasy. That’s when he noticed it: their eyes weren’t normal. Each pair of eyes shimmered unnaturally, with faint heart-shaped reflections glowing in their depths.

"Something’s… off," Subaru muttered under his breath, instinctively reaching for the door behind him.

Before he could act, Beatrice raised her hand, and the air shimmered with magical energy. The door slammed shut, and a barrier materialized in front of it, locking him inside.

"Don’t even think about running, I suppose," Beatrice said, her tone uncharacteristically playful yet firm.

Subaru’s stomach twisted in panic. "Okay, seriously, what’s going on here? Why are you all in my room? And what’s with the eyes?"

Pandora stood gracefully from her seat, her serene smile only adding to the tension. "Oh, Subaru. You’ve been so busy worrying about everyone else that you failed to notice what’s been building within us."

Subaru took a step back, his heart pounding. "Building within you? What are you talking about?"

Meili giggled, her cheeks flushed as she leaned against the bedframe. "Big bro, you’re so clueless. We’ve been patient, you know. But now… we can’t wait anymore."

Subaru’s eyes darted between them, his mind racing. "Wait for what? You’re not making any sense!"

Before he could process their words, Pandora raised her hand. A wave of magical energy hit Subaru, and he was thrown backward onto the bed. The softness of the mattress broke his fall, but as he tried to stand, he found himself unable to move.

"Hey! What the—?"

Subaru’s protests were cut off as the five women closed in around him. Each moved with a purpose, their eyes locked on him with an intensity that left no room for misinterpretation.

Ryuzu was the first to sit on the edge of the bed, her calm demeanor now tinged with something far more passionate. She leaned in, her hand gently cupping Subaru’s cheek.

"You’ve given so much to all of us, Mr. Natsuki," Ryuzu said softly. "It’s only fair that we give something back to you."

Subaru’s face burned as he tried to wriggle free. "W-Wait a second! This isn’t—!"

Before he could finish, Ryuzu closed the gap, her lips pressing softly but firmly against his. Subaru’s eyes widened in shock, his mind going blank as her kiss deepened. The sensation was both overwhelming and surreal, leaving him frozen in place.

When Ryuzu finally pulled away, a satisfied smile on her face, Subaru gasped for air. "R-Ryuzu?! What are you—?!"

Before he could recover, Petra moved in, her expression a mix of shyness and determination. "You always take care of everyone else, Subaru. Now it’s our turn to take care of you."

"Petra, stop! This isn’t—" Subaru tried to protest, but the words caught in his throat as she leaned closer, her arms wrapping around his shoulders.

"Relax, Subaru," Petra whispered, her breath warm against his ear. "You’ve earned this."

Subaru’s attempts to reason with them faltered as Meili climbed onto the bed, her mischievous grin widening. She tilted her head, resting her chin on Subaru’s chest as she looked up at him.

"Big bro, you’re so cute when you’re flustered," Meili teased, her voice dripping with playful intent. "You should just give in already."

"Give in? Are you all insane?!" Subaru exclaimed, his voice cracking as panic fully set in.

As if to answer his question, Beatrice crawled onto the bed beside him, her usual pout replaced with a sly smirk.

"You’re making this harder than it needs to be, I suppose," Beatrice said, her tone dripping with playful frustration. "Just accept it, Subaru. You belong to us now, in fact."

Subaru’s heart raced as his gaze darted to Pandora, who had yet to join the others on the bed. She stood at the edge, her serene smile never faltering.

"You’ve always been the center of our world, Subaru," Pandora said, her voice soft and soothing. "But now, it’s time for us to make you the center of something far more personal."

Her words sent a shiver down Subaru’s spine, and he realized with growing horror that there was no easy way out of this. Every escape route was blocked—both physically and emotionally.

Subaru swallowed hard, his voice trembling as he tried one last time to reason with them. "Listen, I… I care about all of you. But this isn’t the way to—"

Before he could finish, Pandora finally stepped forward, her hand gently pressing against his chest. The weight of her magic pinned him further into the bed, and she leaned in close, her lips brushing against his ear as she whispered:

"Shh. There’s no need to fight it, Subaru. Let us show you how much you mean to us."

As the five women closed in around him, Subaru’s thoughts became a whirlwind of confusion, panic, and something he couldn’t quite name. The bonds he had worked so hard to protect were now pulling him into a storm he was completely unprepared for.
