chapter 16

10:20am

Naomi out of her bedroom she was woken up to the smell of breakfast , she knew had to be no one but Leandrew since no one else but Tae knew where she lived .

Last night, her and Leandrew talked for hours  about all their problems and the issues that they have with themselves, hoping it would only bring them closer .

Naomi made it clear to him that they would take things slow since she agreed to go on vacation with him .

Leandrew informed her about his involvement with Keith being completely honest with her which she accepted understanding that she would probably leave her job sooner than she intended . Her loyalty was with Leandrew and she still somewhat trusted him so she took his word for what he had told her . 

Well Rested Naomi had the best sleep of her life last night being that Leandrew held her all night long , later this afternoon, they will be leaving for their flight Naomi was really excited for the trip since since she hadn't been on vacation in a long time .

Walking to her kitchen seeing Leandrew behind the stove shirtless, revealing his many tattoos. Naomi was finding it so hard to control herself. He always turned her on in the little ways, but she was trying to resist her craving for him not wanting to make the same mistakes as they did before, this time things will be different or she hopes that it does .

"Goodmorning Leandrew" she said softly walking beside him so she could see what he was cooking for them , he turned his head towards her looking over her bare face saying nothing before then again leaning in to kiss her lips , she slightly hesitated stared at him with his eyes closed and lips poked out begging for a kiss before she was giving in , he was almost resistible .

"Goodmorning , how did you sleep babygirl?" He asked while pulling away from the kiss licking over kiss staring into her eyes before giving his attention back to the eggs he was cooking as she smiled turning away from him going to grab two water bottles out of the refrigerator .

" I slept really good better than I have in a long time" she said honestly as he agreed with her he hadn't got a good night rest in almost 6 months . he was happy he was back in the presence of his muse .

"same for me , thats crazy. we gone leave after this this breakfast ight ? i dont need ya taking our flight not that long ya can get cute later ight ? " he asked glancing back at her then back food not wanting to burn their breakfast while asking her many questions while she sat on the black bar stool staring at him as she only listened taking in everything that he was saying soon agreeing with hesitation .

Moments later he was sitting her plate down in front of her with her favorite breakfast sandwiches with homemade hash browns and side of fruit salad. Clearly he had been having to feed himself, out of everything they talked about the past , the present and the future they hadn't spoke about his hospitalization which she really knew about . she just had acted like she didnt , she did .

He trusted her with his entire heart she had his social security card, his original birth certificate and his passport that he never needed because he flew private .  She wasnt going to mention she knew though .

She appreciated that he still remembered all the small details about her , she often wondered how many times he had had thought about her over the time they were apart .

Things were different now it felt different . His energy was different , the way he touched her was much softer than before like he wanted to do no wrong . He was willing to give it a try and give it his best recognizing his efforts made Naomi's heart flutter .

The couple spent their entire morning together, enjoying each other's company . Naomi decided she wanted to get her nails and toes done before they left which they did and was back within a hour , Leandrew went with her of course not wanting to leave her side for any reason even getting his nails and toes cleaned and trimmed with a clear coat which Naomi loved and was teasing him about .
