SANTANA LOPEZ

"Holy shit." Brittany exclaims in the other room while Santana watches TV in the living room. To her concern, she stands up to see what her wife was up to. "Brit?"

"Felicity Smoak." She waves a pamphlet in front of Santana's face when she grabs to read it. Upon reading the first sentence, she realizes it was all about Central City and it's neighboring Starling City. She didn't give much effort to read it all-considering it was filled with too many big words about touring the city. Tourist's guides are not supposed to be like that. She hands back the pamphlet, still feeling out of place.

"And she is...?" Santana trails on.

Brittany sighs exasperatedly. Who ever this Smoak person may be, Brittany surely is a fan.

"She is an MIT alum. She like went to school there like...three years ago with a master's degree and built this kind of hacking system with her ex-boyfriend. She lives in Starling City, but for the tour, she'll be at in Central City to watch the particle accelerator launch. I need to see her Santana!" Brittany fan girls like the time she found out Lord Tubbington was male. Surely this trip would be over in three days. Santana really loves seeing Brittany happy, especially in her fan-girling state but how can she even fit in with the nerd fighters?

Santana manages a smile. "Well, I'll be there by your side every step of the way."

Brittany looks at her, before replacing her fan girl smile with a smirk. "Oh really? You just want to piss off Sebastian."

Santana laughs before pulling Brittany into a hug. Damn, she loves this woman. "It's on my to do list." She holds Brit at arm's length. "But you're my number one priority."

"I love you." Brittany smiles.

"I love you too."

| Sebastian |

Sebastian walks into Central City Police Department, wearing his work clothes. A simple white shirt tucked into black pants and a dark gray coat along with his shined leather shoes. He walks up to the elevators to the floor of Lillian's office. She works as a police agent when she's not out on field as an FBI agent. She has been at Sebastian side ever since a 911 call went viral and Sebastian was the attorney during the case. They shared...a small relationship after breaking it off after a couple of months; she just wasn't Sebastian's type. Overall, they were still business partners.

A tall and buff African-American man stands next to him as they both await the elevator. He turns to the man, and when the man looks at him he gives Sebastian a surprised look, his eyes boggling at his attire and Sebastian looks back towards the elevator doors to avoid awkwardness. "Sorry, you just looked like my son. I didn't mean to make you feel uncomfortable." The man apologizes.

Well, Sebastian isn't black, he thought. He wasn't racist towards people he didn't know-he learned his lesson back in high school for bullying. But he was quite offended having a black guy randomly check him out and tell him that he looks like his son. Sebastian inhales a deep breath. "I get that a lot." He excuses.

"Tell me. Are you from around here? You know, a random cop asking a citizen of Central City?"

Sebastian clicks the elevator button again multiple times. What is taking so long? This building barely has ten floors! He looks at the man. "I'm a state attorney."

"Of Central City? Huh, I haven't seen you in court before."

"I usually deal with personal cases. Ones that don't usually require the police to budge into their business." Sebastian remembers his adoption papers, that were just burning the back of his head and waiting for him at his table back home.
