Sunlight got in the room through the thin beige curtains and caressed the young girl's eyelids, causing them to tighten.
She was soon to use her arm in order to cover her face. She didn't move the rest of her body at all and stayed where she was.
Sadly, she had been awakened and as much as she tried to fall back asleep she couldn't force herself to.
She grunted softly under her breath before letting her arm fall down her mattress and her eyes to fully open.
She was just looking up the ceiling of the room, paying no mind to anything else. She didn't hear the door opening and the light footsteps of someone.
That someone being short and not visible from her bunk bed, but their voice was clear,
"Wake up, Bell."
The little girl couldn't ignore the voice and painfully sat up her bed.
She was rubbing her eyes as she focused her gaze on the girl that had awakened her.
Mikasa was all dressed and prepped, seeming to have woken up earlier in the morning.
She was wearing a white sundress and her usual pink cardigan on top, her straight hair reaching her shoulders.
Belva could swear she remembered it shorter.
The black haired kid proceeded to lean downwards and awaken Eren as well, the boy grumpier than his sister and throwing a pillow down the floor.
The brunette kid climbed down the ladder of their bunk bed and joined Mikasa's side, who still was softly nudging Eren's shoulder.
"Good morning, Mikasa.", she told the girl that turned her way and slightly smiled.
Belva smiled back shyly before her brother twirled again and the raven head focused on him entirely.
It would take some time to get him up, so Belva just exited the room alone, knowing Mikasa wouldn't give up that easily.
The Jaeger walked out in the wooden floor that made a cracky sound, before slowly walking down the stairs of her house.
She soon reached the first floor, where the kitchen was, and joining in the room she found her mother sitting on the table on her own.
Noticing her daughter, she quickly smiled and spoke,
"Good morning.", she exclaimed and proceeded to stand up and kiss the child's forehead.
