Feeding A Demon

I woke up. My eyes are opened wide I sit up and I look over in the corner and there's Noah sitting in a chair with a curious look on his face. He says "good morning blue eyes" Memories from the previous night flow back to me and that creature appears to me in my mind then I look at him all the subtle dangerous beauty I first noticed and now I see something close to anxiety in his face.   I say "good morning Noah ...last night wasn't a dream was it?". He says " no I'm afraid not if it was I'd still have a very nice pair of black suede pajama bottoms ". I say " oh.." he enterups me saying "Shiloh  I want you to understand that I'm okay with you not wanting to associate with me anymore ..". He looks down and closes his eyes. I get up and walk over to him and holds his cheeks and I life his head up and say" open your eyes Noah" he opens his eyes and those pure black white pupiled eyes are staring into mine . "I will always be by your side just because you different doesn't make my feelings any less, now where's xalvo?". Noah seems to relax and smiles thinly says" he's probably in the library updating old books either that or he's out back chasing rabbits."
"Lets go find him" I say. Noah stands up and starts walking out the door and I grab his hand and pull him back in the room and push him up  against the wall and say to him " I'm not afraid of you". And I kiss him softly on his warm soft lips and start to walk out of the bedroom. Something curls around my middle and pulls me back and I see it's his wolf tail ,he turns me around and strokes a finger down the side of my neck and presses his body close to mine and I can feel his bare chest heating up against me "Maybe it would be smarter if you were". He smiles mischeviously,curls his tail tighter a moment as if hugging or showing power and releases me and changes completely back into himself..or ..whatever he makes himself and follows me. We find Xalvo in the library updating leatherbound books and when we walk in the stands up and says "Master Vangraff and madame what a lovely surprise how may I help you on this fine morning?".  I ask him " could you show me the kitchen Xalvo. This morning I'll be cooking for you and master Vangraff". And I smile at both of them and Xalvo says " well madame I don't think my master would like that, he.. ". Noah interupts " Xalvo show her the kitchen I wouldn't argue with her she's a feisty one". Xalvo bows and says "yes master Vangraff I apologize,madame this way" and he bows. I walk with him to the kitchen and he says "I liked the petting me last night madame I didn't mean to scare you or for you to trip over me."Xalvo smiles in a way not unlike Noah when he's being playful "Xalvo its alright you didn't scare me and I'm alright with everything just still a little bit confused about everything". Xalvo nods and says "I'm sure master Vangraff will explain everything so that you won't be left behind for long madame". We get to the kitchen and he shows me where everything is and he says " if you need anything madame just say my name and I'll be right here". "Thank you" I say to Xalvo. I start to cook I'm making steak with salad and Mac and cheese and corn. I went to put a steak in the pan and I burnt the shit out of my hand next thing I know Noah is behind "Shiloh are you alright!" He says concerned.I look at him and he seems strangely healthier and more energetic. He grabs my hand and kisses it gently. I said "yes Noah I'm alright I was just cooking" he says "it smells delicious and Xalvo is going crazy in the dining room".
I ask him " well is that a good thing?"
Noah says "yes it means he wants your food" and he chuckles and I chuckle and I say "well dinner is almost ready". He says "alright blue eyes and if you need help carrying anything theirs a cart over their you probably want everything to be a surprise so I'll be away"
.I put everything on the cart and start to head to the dining room and I make a stop to Noah's bedroom to change real fast. I put on a long black dress its cut to my thighs like the green one he bought for me when I first met him. Its laced in the back and I take down my hair and fix my winged eyeliner and then I go to the dinning room and head in. Xalvo stands up and bows he says
" thank you so much madame for making dinner".
Noah stands up and walks over to me and says "you look stunning" I say "thank you Noah now sit". Noah sits , Xalvo as well and I serve everyone and they start eating and Noah smiles politely and says " Thank you"
you blue eyes"  Xalvo is just chowing down and looks over at Noah worriedly and says "You've not told her Master?" I look at him and say "Not told me what Xalvo?"
"The master can eat this but it will not..."
"I can tell her myself " Noah says giving him a glare
"Yes master forgive me"
"Tell me what damnit!" I say in frustration the talking in circles thing has always aggravated me.Noah freezes a moment looks me in the eyes and sharp teeth slide a little out beneath his lips and he smiles before retracting them.
"I never was able to truly mimic the mortal digestive system I can eat food but I only do it for appearance. The only thing that truly satisfies me is a mortal soul" he says darkly then chuckles and says " and you gave me a little of that earlier " 
I feel betrayed. He fed off me ..is that why he cares about me because I'm food to him.
He jumps up and says "no! Stop your more than that. I didn't mean to take anything I swear"

"Then what do you mean I gave you some earlier!" I say angrily
"Xalvo leave now" Noah says and Xalvo takes his food and leaves and Noah says "mortals produce surplus of life essence when they are..sexually excited and you leaked some earlier when you had me against the wall"
My anger abandons me and embarrassment floods in. I know my cheeks must be burning red and I want to disappear...
