Trinity Martinez|Public Library|July 10th

"Mommy.. can I take this book out. Pleaseeeeee" Aniyah batted her beautiful eyes at me while holding up the princess and the frog book.. her favorite.

"Baby, you already have three copies at home. What would you need another one for?" I laughed seeing her toothy smile. I could tell the front tooth was gonna drop soon, my baby is growing up fast.

"Well I don't have one here.." She pouted, she knew exactly how to get what she wanted. Just like mommy.

"I guess baby, leave it on the table we'll check it out once we leave" I sighed. Originally she wasn't even supposed to be here but Montana only agreed to meet me only if she was here as well.

I felt a little apprehensive since I'd be confusing my daughter on who her actually father is. At the end of the day, she'll be alright eventually.

We also agreed on a public library since I didn't have a computer.. or printer at the air bnb we were staying at. I had Tiffany fake the dna test since she was so adamant about doing it, my best friend goes hard for me and my plots.

I waited at the back of the library in a secluded place where I told him I'd be. Not even shortly after of sitting us down I seen Montana walking back here— I smiled immediately before it dropped significantly seeing who accompanied him, thyme.

"Wassup trinity.." Montana trailed off, "this ma girlfriend Sage" he softly smiled down at her who was softly smiling at me.

"Hi, I just wanted to apologize from our first meeting. I was under a different impression and I didn't mean to mug you like that undeservingly." She apologized sincerely. In other words, she's scared I was gonna beat that ass.

"No you're good, I would've been upset too had I seen a random lady showing up to my house" I laughed it off before I waved for them to sit down.

"So.. where she at?" He hesitated, I noticed their fingers interlocked tightly as if one were to let go they'd fall.

"She's looking at the princess books" I smiled pointing over to Aniyah.

"She's so adorable" Basil spoke under her breath as she stared at my daughter. I slightly rolled my eyes but thanked her nonetheless.

"Here's the papers, you can read them now or later. I just also wanted to apologize for not coming to you sooner about this. It honestly was more stressful than I can put into words and I'd open my mind to show you but I physically can't" I spewed complete bullshit that they both seemed to believe. Montana looked as if he was hurting while Dill looked like she was hurting for me, a shame.

"N-Nah I get it for the most part. If I knew I'd be there one hundred percent. I understand if she's not ready for me to step up but I'll do everything in my power to father my daughter"
