Chapter 42

Tae was busy wiping the kitchen after preparing dinner for him and Copter when suddenly his back had been hugged by somebody. Knowing enough who the culprit is, Tae was smiling while putting away the wipe and was holding Copter's hand on his waist, loosening it so that he could turn around facing Copter.

"It is time you are awake now. How do you feel?" Tae was asking and Copter would just smile while nodding his head. He was still hugging the guy not letting go. He felt a little bit anxious when he opened his eyes with no one in sight especially his P'Tae.

Copter could only giving him the hug as a response making Tae giggle. Copter is getting cuter by the day.

It's been more than a week Copter had come back. His blisters and burnt almost healed completely and his face gets brighter and the complexion is almost return to normal, no more pale and stressed look.

It's just...... he still refuse to talk.

Tae then pulling Copter off from the hugs, cupping his cheeks and giving him pecks around his face.

"I'm here, baby. I am not going anywhere. Are you hungry?" Copter was smiling and nodding hearing Tae's question.

"Okay, wash your face and hand first, then we'll have our dinner. I cook your favorite tonight." Both Copter's hand is in the air with his excited face just making Tae laughing more.

Once they were start eating, Copter eat slowly at first but when he tasted how delicious the food is, he started eating faster than usual. "Cop, eat slowly. No one's going to take your food." Copter would just nodded but still eating excitedly to the deliciously food cook by his lover, making Tae shaking his head but was smiling to it, while he, too continue enjoying the food.

Both of them was resting at Copter's favorite veranda while Tae had hugging him from behind. Copter was smiling, enjoying the warm hug Tae could offer while enjoying the view in front of them. Tae was enjoying his time with Copter too, but at the same time, he was thinking. He had been thinking for some time already now, and he think that now was the right time to talk about it.

"Baby, do you want to go to the hospital tomorrow?" Asked Tae suddenly make Copter turn to him, even though still in his armed that was loosen little bit. Copter was looking at him with his curious eyes, still didn't say anything.

Tae then brought his hand to Copters face, his eyes softened as his hand caressed Copter's cheek, conveying a depth of affection that words could never fully express, as if the simple act of touching his face was a silent declaration of their love. That makes his eyes teary.

"You and I both know that you are not okay, baby." Hearing that, Copter's expression change and he was standing up right away trying to get away but Tae was able to hold his hand, stopping him from getting away.

"Cop, please. Please, just listen to me this time, I'm begging you." Copter still trying to get rid Tae's hold on his hand, but clearly, Tae was stronger than him.

"Cop, baby, please don't run away from this. You know I will always be here for you, right?" Copter was staring straight at Tae with an expression Tae never saw of, making Tae a little bit shocked that Copter was able to free his hand and was running away to his own room instead of Tae's and was locked the door right away.

Once locking the door, Copter could only leaning on it for a while trying to keep his expression, but not for long. His eyes got teary and in silent, he could only crying his eyes out while dropping to the floor, hugging his own knees, still leaning on the door. But it wasn't long that the soothe voice could be heard from behind the door.
