We get to the airport about a half an hour late because of the crazy traffic. I guess a lot of people are flying out at six in the morning. It's only three right now, and I'm honestly so tired. Beth, Kendall, and Liana spend a lot of time saying goodbye to their parents that aren't coming along, and the other seven of us stand off with Meredith as she hands us our tickets.
"I feel like I should be giving you guys a pep talk right now, but it's three in the morning, and I have no coffee in me yet, so I'm really not feeling it." Meredith admits.
"Trust me. I don't think any of us could listen and understand right now." I yawn. "You'll have time for pep talks before the competition."
The other three join us, and we decide to head right to security. Once we're inside, we can get food and sleep and everything, but there's limited stuff we can do outside of it.
They make me go through first, so I take off my shoes and all my jewelry before putting it in a bin with my bag. I go through the big scanning machine. I have to stand with my feet apart and my arms up for a couple of seconds, and it kinda freaks me out. I know I have nothing on me, but what if they find something? What if somebody planted something on me?
"You're all clear." The lady running the machine mumbles as she waves me through. I thank her before slipping my sneakers back on my feet and trying to get my Alex and Ani bracelets back on without opening them. It takes as long as you can imagine. Fourteen people having to go through this, and Kendall's dad has to get scanned and have his bag searched. They said it was a random selection, and I assume they didn't find anything bad on him. But, we finish up about ten minutes later, and I really just need coffee and food.
We have to wait around for a while to board the plane, and the coffee really isn't kicking in. I keep feeling like I'm going to fall asleep on Kendall's shoulder, but she'll pinch my side to keep me awake.
"You better not fall asleep yet."

"We'll be landing in Orlando in about fifteen minutes." A flight attendant says over the loud speaker. I settle back into my seat and rest my head on the window. It took me ten minutes to convince Andy and Meredith to let me have the window seat.
"I'm so excited." Andy admits. "I've never been before, and now I get to go with my nine best friends."
"You're gonna have a blast." I tell her.
"We all are."
"I know. I'm excited too."
We finally land twenty minutes later, and we have to head downstairs to get on the Magical Express.
"Is everyone accounted for?" Meredith calls. Kendall, Beth, and I are already running through the airport to get down to the buses. This vacation doesn't officially start until we're on that bus, and the sooner we're on the bus, the better.
The other eleven eventually catch up. We honestly would've gone and gotten in line, but we need tickets for the bus, and Meredith has everything.
"Thought you guys would just go and get on the bus without us, huh?" Kendall's dad asks as he messes up our hair.
"Obviously dad." Kendall laughs. We get through and we get in line for the buses.
"So, Kendall and Siena are in a room, Liana and Kenzie, Andy and Beth, Nicole and Jamie, and Tessa and Emily?" Meredith asks.
