"WAKE UP SIENA. WE'RE LATE AND WE HAVE TO GET HAIR AND MAKEUP DONE!" Meredith yells as she shakes me awake. "YOU TOO KEN. UP UP UP."

I slowly sit up, and she throws a random t-shirt at me before pulling me out of bed.

"This is Kendall's. Why can't I just go like this?" I whine.

"You're in spandex and a sports bra. At least put a t-shirt on. We'll fix you up once we're there."

"Where even is the competition?" I ask as I slip Kendall's t-shirt on over my head. I rub my eyes and yawn and consider crawling back into bed.

"Hollywood Studios. The Fantasmic stage." I slip on my sneakers before grabbing my makeup bag and costume. Kendall is up and ready, and so is everybody else. Apparently everybody else got up like an hour ago, and they decided to wait for the last possible second to wake Ken and I up.

"Do we have to take the bus? What if it doesn't come in time and then we're late? And we have all this stuff it-" Jamie questions before Meredith cuts her off.

"We have to meet a guy downstairs. We're being driven in a van, and they'll take us in through the back of the park." She explains before slinging her bag over her shoulder and starting to practically run down the halls. She's always like this right before a competition. She'll tell us all that she's not nervous, and she knows we'll do great, but you can't see past her pale face and the nervousness in her eyes. I don't get nervous. I never have. I've been doing this since I was three, so being up on that stage just comes naturally to me by now.

"How are you feeling?" Emily asks as we get into the van. "Oh, that's not even a question for you. You're excited. You're ready. You don't feel nervous at all."

"No, I'm trying not to think about it. If I'm gonna get nervous, it would be during this one. This is a huge stage, with a lot of open seats."

"I know, but you don't get nervous. That's not your thing." I shoot her a quick smile before putting in my headphones and playing our competition song. I do it every competition. I always listen to the song on the way there, and while I'm getting my hair and makeup done. It helps immensely.

We get to Hollywood Studios a little while later, and the drive takes us right outside the stage. There's a lady walking around outside with a clipboard pacing back and fourth. She looks almost as nervous as Meredith.

"TEAM?" She calls to Liana's mom as she gets out of the car.

"NEW YORK."

"ROOM 4."

We all head into the building and immediately go to room four. It's absolutely huge. There's five makeup stations, and five hair stations. There's two couches with a huge TV in front of them, and there's a mini fridge over in the corner. I could literally live here and be fine.

Meredith takes all of our costumes and puts them in the big closet before locking the door. She always does something to make sure we don't get at our costumes before we're suppose to. One year, a girl that doesn't dance anymore got her costume on too early, and got makeup and food all over it. She couldn't perform, which threw everybody off, which made them lose. She's kinda a freak over the costumes now.

"Siena, Jamie, Emily, Ken, and Kenzie get your hair done first. Tessa, Andy, Liana, Beth, and Nicole get your makeup done." I love when I get my hair done before my makeup. I'm always so worried that I'll mess up my makeup while doing my hair, but if I don't even have my makeup on, it doesn't matter. Meredith decides that she wants our hair to be straight, and then half up half down. It's the easiest hairstyle to dance in. Your hair may still be flowing down your back, but it's out of your face, which is very important.
