Back to the story. This is the same incident but from a point of view of Taehyung.
The festival lights cast a warm glow over the Red Moon Pack's grounds, but Taehyung barely noticed them. His mind was elsewhere—on him. Jungkook. From the moment their eyes met for the first time, a strange, fluttering feeling had settled in Taehyung's chest, spreading warmth through his body like an uncontrollable wildfire.

He had tried to ignore it, sitting quietly beside Jimin and Bogum. But no matter how much he tried to focus on their conversation or the festivities around him, his gaze kept drifting to the tall, commanding figure of the Alpha from the Red Moon Pack.

Jungkook.

It wasn't just his appearance—though Taehyung couldn't deny that the Alpha was strikingly handsome. His sharp jawline, piercing dark eyes, and the confidence with which he moved all seemed to draw Taehyung in. But it was something deeper than that. Something he couldn't quite put into words.

"Taehyung," Saphire's voice echoed softly in his mind, filled with a sense of certainty that Taehyung didn't yet understand. "He's the one."

Taehyung's heart skipped a beat, his breath catching in his throat. He quickly glanced away from Jungkook, his hands clutching the fabric of his robes tightly. "What are you talking about, Saphire?" he whispered under his breath, careful not to draw attention to himself.

"That Alpha," Saphire said with quiet confidence. "Jungkook. He's our mate."

The words sent a shiver down Taehyung's spine, and he froze in place. His mate? No, it couldn't be. Taehyung's gaze flickered back to Jungkook, who was standing across the courtyard, talking to some other pack members. The sight of him made Taehyung's heart race all over again, but he shook his head, trying to push the thought away.
