I was just chilling in the kitchen with Eda as she backed. She was making something called Custard Bursts. Whatever that means. I'm kidding, based on the name, they're pretty self explanatory.
As Eda was backing, I was working on my speech. Over the last three months since Sophie and Dex were found, the adults have been focusing on making sure they are doing ok, but also that I don't fall behind again.
Lets just say that I've got a few pretty bruises from Sophie when she found out.. She hits hard!
I've gotten pretty far with it though, I can hold most conversations for a good ten minutes before I have trouble with a word or two. But apparently that's not good enough.
So now I'm sitting in front of a dictionary and reading every last page. And I mean every. Thanks a lot Sophie.

Gosh dang you girl!
Whatever. Anyway, as I had just gotten to the B section, why are there so many words!? There was a lot of comoten outside.
Confused, I look up at Eda to see she's got the same look I most likely have on my own face. Deciding to go see what it's all about I close the huge book, and walk over to the front door with Eda right behind me.
As soon as we walk past that door, all we can hear is yelling and the sound of a very unhappy animal. Just what did my sister do now?
Continuing on our way, we meet up with Grady and Dex as they are watching my sister try to calm a flying Unicorn. Yea you read that right. A. Flying. Unicorn! Why can't we just have one normal day!?
Eda walks over to Grady and they start talking, but I'm not paying them any attention as my eyes keep going back and forth from Dex and Sophie.
"No. Non sta accadendo. Non ho a che fare con questo oggi. Buon divertimento, Dex." Is all I say as I turn around and walk back to the house.
Dex's POV:
It went silent after Akari walked away. Soph had just walked over to us after calming the Alicorn when her sister walked away yelling something.
"Please tell me I heard that right.. What language was she speaking?" Grady said, looking back and forth from Akari and Sophie.
"Wait, you can't tell what she said? She was speaking the same as we are." Sophie said looking really confused.
"No she wasn't, it sounded close to what you did back in france, just not." I responded.
"Welp, you'll have to ask her, give her the chance to work on her speech." And with that Sophie walked away with the alicorn. Grady not far after her with me running after him.
