Chapter 5 ~ A Day in My Life

Ever since I've made my YouTube channel my notifications have been going crazy. Twitter, Instagram, FaceBook basically everything. Why are your notifications doing this? You may ask well, people want me to make more videos. I had a couple of videos but I have never had a vlog. So today I am going to do a 'Day in the Life of Luna' video. I woke up to the buzzing of my phone. I just ignored it because I knew it was only every social media I had going crazy.

I walked into the bathroom and washed my face and put my hair up since it was all messed up. I put on a pair of sweatpants and a black tank top over my shorts and sports bra. I grabbed my keys and walked out the door to Dan and Phil's. I was going to use their camera for the day and then would return it after Dan edited the video. I wasn't that good at editing so I had Dan do it for me. I knocked on the door and heard shuffling from the opposite side of the door. Finally after what felt like 1 hour, but in reality was only 1 minute, Dan answered the door. His hair was messy and he looked like he had just woken up. Yay! We can be hot messes together. I just laughed at the thought a bit. He pulled me into one of his signature hugs and Phil walked down the stairs with the camera in his hand.

"Hey Luna!" Phil said in a cheerful tone. That's what I loved about Phil no matter what he knew how to lighten the mood. I smiled and laughed to myself.

"Yeah thanks Phil!" I said while he handed me the camera. He smiled in response and walked into the kitchen. Probably to get breakfast. "Would you like to eat breakfast here?"

"Sure why not." I walked in the apartment and walked to the kitchen. Phil was getting the usual. Shreddies. Dan followed behind me and I could feel him standing behind me, just waiting to see if I could get a bowl. I opened up the cabinet to get a bowl but I was again. Too short. Dan laughed at me and got us two bowls and two coffee cups. Of course, he got the Hello Kitty one.

I walked across the cold floor to pour me some Cereal. Dan stood beside me and poured some of his cereal in the bowl in front of him. I poured the milk and handed it over to Dan. I walked back into the lounge with my bowl of cereal and cup of coffe in my hands. I sat in the middle of the couch next to Phil. Dan soon followed and sat on the other side of me.

When we were all done eating Dan and Phil went to get ready and I did the same. I walked dbacm into my apartment and put my keys on the kitchen counter. I walked back into my room and sat on my unmade bed. I turned on the camera already prepared for what to say.

"Hey guys, so today I am going to be doing a 'Day in the Life of me video'. I don't really know what to call it so I'll call it that."

I stood up and walked over to my night stand and grabbed my phone. "So my notifications have been going crazy because you guys obviously want a new video so here it is." I said as I turned my phone towards the camera showing it my notifications. "I just had breakfast with Dan and Phil and now I'm going to get ready so I'll be right back when I'm done!" I pressed the stop button so I could get ready. I set down the camera on my bed and walked into the bathroom

I turned on my hair straightener and took my hair down. When I was waiting for that to heat up I did the normal things brush my teeth. Stuff like that. When it was finished heating up I just straightened my hair. I recently died it a couple of days ago after the movie night so now it was a deep blue to light blue fade. (I have hair like that but mine is a pastel pink to black fade. I got the blue idea from my friend Hannah's hair ) After I turned off the straightener and walked into my room. I looked in my closet and finally decided. I wore a black Panic! At the Disco tee, a pair of black skinny jeans, and a pair of galaxy Converse.

I walked over to the bed and picked up the camera. I pressed the record button and started to talk again while I was getting all of my things. Phone, backpack, keys, etc.

"So today Me, Dan, and Phil are going to go shopping because its not like I have enough clothes already." I said in my sarcastic voice. "Also we are going to go to the airport to pickup Cassie. I mentioned her in a couple of my videos. Now you get to meet her!" I started walking out of my room and into the lounge. Then I locked the door and went down the hall to Dan and Phil's. I knocked on the door and Phil answered it.

"Hey Luna! Are you recording?" Phil said looking at the camera. I panned it up to get both of us in the shot.

"Yeah. Say Hi Phil!" We both laughed

"Hello!" Phil waved at the camera and smiled. I walked in and saw Dan on his phone all ready. I let out a sight of sarcasm and relief.

"Thank god! Dqn is finally ready on time!"

He laughed at me and I turned the camera to get him in the shot. He put his hand up trying to hide his face but I walked over to him and lowered his hand.

"Shut up Luna!" Sarcasm in his voice
I giggled and I heard the sound of Phil's voice behind me. "C'mon guys!" I could tell Phil was excited to go shopping but I knew he was even more excited to see Cassie. Chris and Phil both had a crush on her but, the thing was neither of them knew the other did. I laughed and nodded. I walked over to the door and stepped into the hallway. I waved to the camera and pressed the pause button. I slipped it into my backpack.

We all started walking down the stairs and we finally reached the double door. Phil held the door open for me and Dan. I walked outsire and felt a cool breeze on my face.

"So where do you want to go?" Dan asked me. I was kind of new to London. I've been here before and I went to some shops but not alot so to me, I didn't care.

"It doesn't matter. I wanted yo get some clothes." I thought about my closet full of clothes but I somehow felt like I wanted more. (That's so me )

"I know where to go!" Phil said. He walked in front of me and Dan. We exchanged confused glances and just followed. He took us into the shopping mall or center. He looked around and walked to a shop. I looked up at the bold white letters. 'Hot Topic' I read out loud. I was super excited because I loved hot topic so much. I took out the camera and started recording.

"So we are at Hot Topic and were going to get some clothes and stuff. Don't worry I will do a 'haul' for you guys if you want." We all walked in and Dan and Phil went to go look around. I went to do the same. When I was done I got ALOT of stuff. (The usual when I go to Hot Topic) I payed for my clothes and Can and Phil payed for there's. I walked out with like four big bags of stuff.

Once we were done we went to go pick up Cassie at the airport. We were waiting for her at baggage claim. I felt someone poke my shoulder. I turned around and saw a familiar face.

"Cassie!" I yelled. Even though only a couple of people were there I felt like I might of said that to loud. She pulled me in a warm hug. The hug she called her signature hug because really...everyone has one. When she finally released me I took out the camera from my backpack and panned it up so we were both in the shot and I pressed the record button.

"Say hi Cassie!" She waved to the camera cutely. I laughed a bit at her.

"So now I have to show you the place we have!" She did a pretend gasp and I did the same. I heard Dan and Phil laughing at us. I pushed the stop button and put the camera back into my back pack. We started walking to the front of the airport and got a cab.

When we got home I went into my room with Cassie to film the outro to the video. I put the camera on the tri-pod Phil brought and pressed record.

"Okay guys, so this is all. Please Comment, Like, and subscribe because I now have a schedule for my video's so I will be making them every Monday and Thursday. Byeee" I waved to the camera and so did Cassie. Phil turned off the camera and went to edit the video for me.

I showed Cassie to her room. She would have to set the bed up but neither of us wanted to so we just talked in the lounge for a while. We got into a bunch of stuff. Dan, making videos, just random stuff. Then, Cassie said something that was just perfection to me.

"You know I like Phil right..."

Me: O.o What the hell did I just do?!?!
