Luna's POV:
It was the night of the double date. I was so happy for Cassie and Phil. They were so cute, always flirting with each other. I normally wasn't a big fangirl but this time it was my best friends who were dating so, what could I say, I had to be. I put my head phones on and walked into my room. I looked through my closet to find an outfit. I wore a black lacy top and a aqua blue/ blue faded skirt with tribal print on it. I also wore black sparkly flats with some black and silver bracelets. Then I went into the bathroom to do my hair and makeup. I did my hair in loose waves but I still had my fringe. Then I did my makeup. I put on some light glitter eye shadow with winged eyeliner and mascara. I walked out of my room and saw Cassie's door closed. I knocked on it and got a happy reply from her.
"Yes?!" she said from the inside of the room.
"Did Phil tell you?" I said involuntary. I put my hands over my mouth but put them down when she replied with a happy yes.
"Oh okay!" I yelled to her while walking down the stairs. I sat down on the couch watching some anime. I was currently into one anime called Kotoura-san. It was actually an amazing anime. I heard my phone ringing on the couch besides me. I picked it up and it wasn't a contact of mine, only a number. I answered it and when I heard that voice I instantly regretted it.
"Hello?"
"Hey Luna It's Jake."
*Flash Back*
I walked into my apartment I currently was sharing with my boyfriend Jake. When I walked in I heard muffled noises coming from upstairs. I put down my bag and my keys and walked up the stairs to hear loud moans. I opened the door to reveal something I never wanted to see. Jake was kissing some girl. Both of them had no shirt.I felt tears forming in my eyes making my vision blurry. Jake got off of the girl and threw her shirt at her leaving his on the floor.
"Luna I-I can ex-"
"Get out!" I yelled at him. He looked at me with wide eyes. I just wanted to be alone after what I seen.
"GET OUT! We are through! and take her with you!" The girl pulled her shirt on and they both walked down the stairs and out the door. I walked back up the stairs to find Jake's sweater on the floor. I picked it up. I felt a tear falling down my cheek. I don't know why I kept it but, I did. I still have it too.
*End Of Flash Back*
"What do you want?" I was mad but I really didn't know what to do.
"I just wanted to check up on you, so how's it been?"
"Great in fact amazing!" I said. I wasn't lieng but if i said something like oh I miss you please come back, he would have gotten his way. Not that I would say that, I have Dan.
"Cool so do you want to get togethor?" You know catch up?"
"No not really." I said unconsciously, I knew I probably sounded like a bitch but I didn't care.
"Oh okay then bye Luna..." Before I could even say anything i heard him hang up from the other line. Why would he want to see me? He should know I don't want to speak to him. I just disregarded it. I looked up and saw Cassie staring at me in confusion.
"Jake called.:
"Oh and what did he say?"
"Nothing he wanted to meet up but I said no."
"Good you should say no. You don't need him, you have someone way better."
I smiled at her and noticed her out fit and hair and makeup. She wore a pink skirt, a light cream color top, nude wedges, a necklace I gave to her for her birthday, a gold watch, and a couple of rings. She curled her red hair and did a some pretty eyeshadow. I looked at the outfit. I couldn't believe this girl could put up with me. I heard a knock at the door. I got up to answer it. When I opened it Dan and Phil were stood in front of me. "Hi Luna, Hi Cassie." They both said in unision. Dan took a hold of my hand and led me down the stairs while Phil and Cassie followed. Then we were on the date.
