November 16, 10:20 A.M, 2035, BlessedLands County California

"We need to go now we can find him in there and take him with us maybe pretend we are going to save him" Antonio Jr. said, "it's way to unsafe this wasn't the plan at all they clearly knew we were coming" Emily said. "I don't think those were set up for us" Antonio Jr. stated. "I'm done fooling around I'm going to kill this prick with or without both of you" Jason said in anger as he stood up running for the town. "Jason NO" Antonio Jr. yelled as Jason blew up his legs detached along with his arms the explosion was big. His body engulfed in flames. "MOTHERF*****" Antonio Jr. yelled in anger as he charged for the town. Emily and the rest ran after them trying to catch up. Explosions were going off everywhere. As they entered the town they seen Almon and Noah along with the rest of the town preparing to leave and seek shelter elsewhere. Almon turned to see her, then quickly the ambush of walkers closed in completely distracting the rest of the group. Noel stood there watching as he began to back up, Emily shot the Walker in its skull turning around to see Noel trying to escape. "This Bas****" Emily said as she shot her gun hitting his leg causing him to drop onto the ground. "It was you, you set this up" Emily said her voice disappointed and angry. "Yes I did and your not going to F****** hurt him" Noel said as he threw dirt on Emily's face and got up bolting towards the direction away from the town. Emily holding her eyes trying to get the dirt out. "He's so dead" Emily said as she began to chase him down. Almon and Noah along with the rest of the group made there get away as snow began falling hard. The ground already frozen from the cold air. "We aren't going to be able to see anything in here" Noah yelled up to Almon. "I told Eric to take the car and scout far ahead we should be fine" Almon answered back reassuring Noah. "Yeah, hopefully he can scout fast enough because we are in dire need, I'm also going to go back when I get the chance I can't just leave Lilly and my kid like that without saying goodbye the proper way" Noah said to Almon as they all rushed for a Shelter nearby. The entire rest of the town coming with. "How far are we almost somewhere my kid is freezing and I'm sure yours are too" Josh said to Almon. "There should honestly be a shelter somewhere up ahead, just keep your eyes peeled maybe Eric found something" Almon said as they continued to walk. "Me and Rylie are going to go separate from you guys and try to find something over towards the west" Courtney said to Almon, "make sure Adelynn, Layla, and Grayson are okay keep an eye on them we have Josh watching Rylies kid and obviously he has his own too. Courtney spoke as Almon nodded and Courtney and Rylie separated to find something elsewhere. As they treaded through the huge snow they continued to walk for what felt like Ten minutes. They passed some of The Dead and shot them killing most of them along the way leaving a select few that weren't close to them. As they trudged through the snow they seen a building in the distance through the cloudy mist and cool freezing air. As they got closer to the building they saw a horse outside hitched up. "There there girl" Rylie said as she closed in on it calming it down in the cold breeze. "People still have horses" Courtney spoke. "I guess so go inside check the place out maybe talk to the owner ask if we can stay for a few days" Rylie said to Courtney as Courtney moved miserably with her Robotic like leg and Arms. She got up to the door and knocked. The metal clinking against the door creating a loud metal sound. No answer, she then proceeded to go inside and look around. Upon entering the entire house felt empty and lifeless. "Anyone in here, we need shelter and wanna speak to you" Courtney said aloud as no answer was heard. There was a paper on the table and a note written on it the note read *if anyone sees this, please take care of my horse outside, I couldn't continue to live on in fear as my husband died just a year ago, I tried and tried but I felt like I was at my wits end im ninety six years old and that horse is all I have, I'm sorry I couldn't handle life no more but please take care of Betsy for me P.S do not go inside my room* the note read aloud. Courtney slowly walked over towards the room and peaked in seeing a lady with her head completely blown off while the shotgun sat in between her legs resting just off her hands that sat lifeless. Blood all over her body. Courtney quickly closed the door and began moving as fast as she could towards the front door. "So the owner of this place is dead we can take the horse its name is Betsy and yeah we gotta take care of it" Courtney said to Rylie as Rylie got on the horse, "she's good for the moment calmed down and took the apple in my bag" Rylie said smiling as she helped Courtney on and they began riding back towards the group. Almon and the rest of the town continued walking as they hit the actual roads. Almon keeping his kids close by him while trying to lead the entire group to safety. "Do you think maybe it's possible we just head back" Noah said, "that place is overrun right now no there's no possible safe way of even thinking about going back not to mention we have some random people I seen tailing us one I swear to god looked like Emily" Almon said as Noah's mouth opened "No can't be we haven't seen any sight of them for like five years" Noah said. "I don't know but it looked like her she was with some guys too I think" Almon said nervously. Eric began pulling the car up towards Almon and the rest of the towns people. "I found a place it's around twenty minutes away that's driving though it's at least an hour walk" Eric said to Almon "we can do that, You heard that everyone?! We are almost there" Almon said everyone began getting excited. "There's something I should tell you, one of them has a dog and there actually really friendly, but Too friendly" Eric said to Almon "noted if we have to we will take over that entire house but for now let's meet them" Almon said to Eric as he nodded, "go back to the house and prepare them to meet us maybe find out more about them we will catch up" Almon said as Eric began driving off. The rest of the group continued on the path towards that home Eric was talking about in search of a better location to hold off at.
