Panting and trying to calm my beating heart, the conversation between us echoed in my mind like a broken disc playing a cracked recording. Why..? Why would she want me to do that? She knows well enough how it would end up! I couldn't grasp the motives behind that idea. I mean, I'm a monster anyway, aren't I?
