" Carol.... " my mother said with a smile. " well carol is really a nice nickname. " Said my mother and I could feel my cheeks burning.
" Madam, Mr Asher Moonstone has send his butler with a note. " said safina. " What it can be? " said my sister. " why such an early visit? Is there something that I should know? " asked my mother.
" Family Butlers walking in early hours just after a ball, Miss Bingley is quite popular.... don't you think Mrs Hurts? " said Mr Darcy, he had to join that line. " Its quite interesting, but sending butler, not coming personally speaks volumes about that person. I don't approve such union." Said my sister to him.
" Good character judgement, Mrs Hurts you're good at it. " said Mr Darcy but when did they become good friends?
" It can be a work message, nothing very serious. I will see... You please enjoy your breakfast. " I told my family.
" And Miss Daisy is here as well. " said safina. " She is here for trying on her dress. Make her sit in the visiting room and offer her tea and cakes. " I instructed safina.
" Excuse me. " I told them and stood to leave the table. " Even I am done, thank you. Carol can you show me the library? " asked Mr Darcy. I nodded and let him walk out with me.
" Mr Darcy if you take left turn, you will see our library. " I told him. " Well, can't I come with you? I just made an excuse to come with you. " he said, his face is little flushed , I am sure its nothing.
" well, come with me. " I told him, we came in the hall. A man in black coat and suit is standing in the hall. He saw me and bowed. " I am bulter Dorphin, I have a news from Mr Moonstar. For some family matter he had to leave today, so he is sorry for not keeping his word. " he said in style.
" well, I understand, thank you for the news. " I told him. He bowed again and left. " So sad, no visit from that young gentleman today. " said Mr Darcy as soon as the butler left our house.
" Well, he must be busy. " I told him. He nodded and said " May be... But he couldn't care about writting to you before leaving... thats sad. You poor thing. " he said trying to make a fake sad face, which will not work with me.
" I just wanted to form a business relationship with him, so that I can have resources from him... Nothing fancy here. " I told Mr Darcy. " I see... Have you ever heard of Pemberley? " he asked me.
" Of course I did. " I replied like, ' Are you going crazy? '. " I own that place, you can ask me for support you know. I can be your business partner. " he said to me, like that idea never crossed my mind. " I will think about it. " I replied to him.
" Sure, atleast I will not cancel a meeting without writing two lines. " he said. " Says the person who hasnt written a single line to me in this two weeks. " I told him and he became silent.
" I was busy with your brother. " he said in self defense. " well, now I am busy, have to arrange a wedding, so if you can excuse me. I have work to do. " I told him. " Can't I come and see how you work? " he asked. I didn't argue and let him walk with me.
I saw Daisy slowly sipping tea in the guest, Its kind of like a office for me. I even interviewed people her for work, for decoration, food, flower arrangment, I interviewed them all here. " Hello! Dear. " I called out. Daisy looked up and smiled.
She stood up and said " I am here to see the dress. " I nodded. " I think you are going to love it. And are you following the skincare routine I gave you? " I asked her. She nodded eagerly. " Well, lets go than. Lets make you a princess. " I told her, she smiled but eyes looking towards darcy from time to time.
" Let me introduce you with Mr Darcy, friend of my brother. And Mr Darcy, she is Miss Daisy my first bride. " I introduced them. " well, congratulations in advance. " he said and shook hand with Daisy.
" Thank you so much. Caroline is such a dear, helping me out. " replied daisy with a smile. " Is she? Well, thats something new. " said Mr Darcy and I can really throw him out of here.... annoying.
" Ma'am decorators are here to decorate the wedding area. " said safina entering the room. " okay, take Mr Darcy with you and I will be joining you shortly. " I inforned her. I don't think Daisy will be comfortable with Darcy standing here.
" What will I do? " asked Mr Darcy. " well, watch them work without being lazy and I will join you soon. " I told him. " well, carol.... I should be paid for this.... " said Mr Darcy while walking out, so dramatic of him.
" Daisy , come with me. " I took her in the dressing area and finally showed her the dress. Her eyes shone, her smile widen. " Do you like it? " I asked her. " I loved it, its everything I wanted for my wedding. " she said emotionally.

" Let's try it on you. " I told her. I helped her get dressed, right now I am short staffed but I will hire people very soon. She tried the dress on and well it fitted her so well. " I look like a bride. " she said softly. " You do, bride of your dream boy. " I told her and she giggled.
" Wedding is such a precious moment, specially when your marrying the person whom you wanted with all your heart. " I told her and she nodded in agreement.
After trying her dress, she changed into her normal cloths. We than came to that area where arrangments for wedding is going on. Mr Darcy is also with them checking my drawings and inspecting the work.
" I havent seen you radiat so much, those empty eyes are filled with happiness today. " said Daisy to me. " Its my first project, So I am excited. " I told her. " I know.... But that man over there, who brought stars in these lovely eyes, you love him right? " asked Daisy out of the blue... and I don't know how to respond to her.... I just don't know.
