Arohi is walking along the hallway to meet grandma for an oil massage. As she turned a corner, a hand reached out from the shadows, grasping her wrist. Arohi's heart skipped a beat as she was pulled into a dark room. She struggled to free herself, but the grip was too strong. The door slammed shut behind her, plunging her into total darkness.Arohi's breath came in short gasps as she tried to make out her surroundings. Suddenly, a faint light flickered to life, illuminating the room. She found herself in a small, ornate study. The walls were lined with old books, and a massive desk dominated the center of the room.
But it was the figure standing behind the desk that made Arohi's blood run cold, "Raj?!!!!"
He sits down on the chair, "Mrs. Arohi Kabir Chauhan... The name sounds so perfect, bhabhi ji, isn't it?!"
Arohi stutters, "Raj..Why did you bring me here?!"
Raj sighs deeply and stands up from the chair, "Arohi, what are you even thinking? Are you even thinking about your child?!Kabir is a monster and he will kill your child once he gets a chance. You decided to marry me cause you know that I will protect your child. I sacrificed my entire life for you and your baby but what did you do in return? Once you got married to Kabir Chauhan, you forgot about me. You are living your happily ever after with him."
Arohi looks at him incredulously, "I... I can't believe you. First of all, Kabir is not a monster. I agree that he had done a lot of mistakes but that's all in his past. He had changed a lot for me and this baby. He regretted every single sin he had done in his life. If a person had changed, then I think he already deserves forgiveness and a chance to live on. But what did you do? You made me dance to your tunes and betrayed my trust. You never even once told me that you were Kabir's brother. Wait.. Wait... Now I am connecting the dots. You weren't doing the job of a good policeman. You were trying to take your stupid revenge on him."
Aktar was standing infront of Victor Halgrove with some files in his hands, "Finally, I found out the girl you were looking for but i need to confirm my suspicion for the last time."
Victor looks at him intruged, "Who is the girl? "
Aktar fidgets his toe nervously, "It's.. It's.. Arohi"
Victor stands from his armchair and looked at Aktar shocked, "Wait?!What??? The girl whom I was searching for all these years was just infront of my sight. What a beautiful coincidence!! Arohi is that bastard's daughter." He begins to laugh evily, his laughter echoing throughout the room, "Finally!!Mr. Vikrant Mehra, my friend, I found your daughter whom you tirelessly tried to hide from me. Now I will avenge your betrayal on your daughter."
Aktar looks through his files, "But I need to make confirmation. Please give me some more time. I will search her house and I am damn sure there must be some document revealing her identity."
Victor smiles victorously, "I am waiting for that moment. That bastard had hidden his daughter from me for all these 21 years and now finally, I found her. I had made him sign on to the contract which states that his daughter will get married to my eldest son, Aaron, when she was born. But he hid his daughter somewhere to protect her from me. Now finally, I got her whereabouts. I won't solemnize their marriage but will take revenge on her for her father's betrayal. But, Aktar, don't you think she had already got her punishment by getting married to Kabir Chauhan!!"
Aktar smirks cruelly, "Yes, capo!!She already did but let me do my final confirmation. I will go and search her house today itself."
By saying this, Aktar bows and leaves from there while Victor laughs devilishly.
Raj walks towards Arohi, each step invading her privacy, "Do you think I used you to avenge Kabir? Why do you think like that?!"
Arohi keeps her distance, "Well Kabir's dad had ousted your mother from this house for killing Dadu. You were deprived of Chauhan name, reputation and wealth. Ofcourse, you were planning your revenge by exposing Kabir."
Raj sighs deeply and rubs his temples, "You didn't understand me properly, Arohi. I never had that intention. I only wanted Kabir to get paid for killing people with his own hands because I am an honest police officer. I am warning you again, don't fall into Kabir's trap and get your baby killed."
Arohi narrows her eyebrows, "If I find out that you were lying to me, you will see the worst of me, Mr. Raj Pratap Singh."
