The ten year old Kabir madly misses his bestfriend. He didn't see her since her father took her. Kabir was so sad when the thought that his bestfriend won't come back occured in his head. That day passed by and it was Kabir's birthday the next day. Kabir excitedly wakes up from his bed early cause every year on his birthday his parents took him for outing, buys his favourite things and do things that he likes. He got freshen up and rushes to his parents but his parents were already dressed to go somewhere. His mom hugs him and gives a kiss on his cheek, "Happy Birthday, Kappu!!"
His dad too hugs him, "Happy Birthday my prince!!"

Kabir excitedly looks at them, "Dad, Mom, today we are going to a top secret place. I am not going to say the details. I'll take you there!!"
Their smile fades away. His dad kneels  down and looks into his eyes, "Kabir, we aren't going out today!!Your Mom and I have some things to settle in court. We have an hearing today.. Something related to work!!"
Kabir looks sad, "But dad, you know that it's my birthday and you two aren't allowed to work on my birthday!!"
His mom intervenes,"Look at me Kappu, we have an important thing to do. It's really important, baby, try to understand.This year, we'll celebrate your birthday differently. We'll have a grand birthday party in our home and invite all your friends and relatives. It will be the best party and you won't forget this party in your life. You plan this party with grandma till we come back. We will bring marvelous presents for you!!"
His parents hug him and leave from there. Kabir turns to grandma, "Grams, I wanted the best party!!Mom and Dad should be surprised with our decorations."
Grandma smiles, "Yes, Kappu!!We will arrange everything so perfectly that your parents would be thrilled to celebrate your birthday like this every year!!"
They begin to decorate the house for Kabir's birthday party. After a while, Kabir smiles at grandma happily, "Grams, this is so beautiful!!Mom and Dad will surely like this!!Oh no, we forgot the most important thing, my birthday cake!!"
Grandmother nods at him, "Yeah, we forgot about it.Kappu, do one thing, go with Primo and buy the cake. I'll do the remaining decorations."
Kabir excitedly leaves with Primo to buy his birthday cake.

On the other hand, Kabir's parents were in the car which was on the way to the court. His mother looks anxiously at his dad, "Honey, I hope we aren't late. We lost time in the office!!"
His dad consoles her, "No!!We will be there at the court right at time!"
His mother looks at him worriedly, "But where is Vikrant? He neither called or messaged since yesterday!!He is important for this case.He is the reason many people get justice and that evil man will be send to prison."

His dad tries to call Vikrant but his phone was unreachable. His dad looks at her worriedly, "Something is amiss. I think Vikrant is in trouble. Driver, drive the car fast!!We need to reach the court immediately!!"
She looks at him, "Did he call you in your other phone? He does that when there is some kind of danger!!"
He searches his shirt and pockets, "Oh no!!I forgot to take that phone from home. I fear something had happened to Vikrant. Someone is trying to stop this court trial. We need to be careful, darling!!"
She anxiously looks at him, "If Vikrant is in trouble, then we need to make sure that we finish what he had started. He had trusted us with these evidences. He had even sacrificed his daughter for this mission. He had spent eight years sending his daughter to another house away from this misery!!He took eight years trying to find evidence and get justice for that poor people. Now, it's in our hands that we help him fulfill his mission even if it results in our death. I only worry about our Kappu, what will he do without us!!"
His father hugs her, "Nothing will happen to us!!Truth will always prevail over evil. You taught me that!!I will protect you and my son.!"

The driver speaks in a terrified voice, "Sir, we got a problem!!Seems like someone doesn't want us to reach court today!!A truck is being following us for some time "
His father spoke in his strong voice, "Drive fast!!There is no time to waste now!!"
He holds his wife's hand tightly. The truck which was following their car was speeding up with them. The driver turned the car to a small road to reach the court fastly. Another truck was coming from the opposite side and hit them hardly. It was like the truck driver was waiting for this moment.The truck which was following them also hit this car at the same time. Their car was wedged in between those two trucks and both those trucks took a small reverse and hit the car hardly & fastly this time. The car was destroyed in a second with the screamings of three people. His mom was thrown out of the car and hit her head on the red fire hydrant. His dad's face was entirely damaged due to the car crash.
