Echostorm raced over to her kits worriedly, licking their faces. I'm so proud. She thought as she looked at her now large a tall kit who used to be a runt. Then she turned the the handsome medium tom who stole the hearts of many she cats. It only seemed like yesterday that they were born.

"We're not kits anymore," boneflame mummbled. I wish I was. He added to himself darkly.

"You are to me," echostorm purred.

Boneflame sighed, then looked at her mother happily.

     "Right, mother,"

Echostorm purred, then looked at Songbird, who was mourning over Jaykit and Leafkit, who were barely alive with Blazeecho and Silverbird treating their wounds, trying hard to keep them alive

"Oh no," echostorm uttered. She glanced at her grown kits and ran over to help blaze echo. Boneflame sighed and looked over at his brother who had a torn ear and was staring at the ground.

"Its not your fault," boneflame murmured before padding over to Darkholly

"I just feel like it is. If I hadn't spent time with you, they would've never spied on the Clan in secrecy." Darkholly sighed.

     "Wait, WHAT?!" Boneflame hissed.

"You didn't know that? They spied on them to see who to trade. I always scent Jax, no matter how far." Darkholly sat up and looked at him, a large wound across her chest being revealed.

"Get to blazeecho now!" He exclaimed. Darkholly gave him a playful glare before padding off to the medicine cats.

Boneflame sighed in relief as he watched Darkholly walk into the Medicine Cats' den, then he faced Bluestone, who was being groomed by Echostorm.

"You should get your ear checked. It could be infected." Boneflame snapped at his brother who now towered him.

"Its almost nightfall," bluestone murmured almost as if he was dazed or dreamy. Echostorm sighed and looked at Boneflame soulfully before standing and padding off.

Silverbird and blazeecho must be busy Boneflame thought, watching Songbird pad out worriedly.

"Are they alright?" Boneflame asked nervously.

"Yes, they'll be fine..." Songbird sighed.

"I'm glad," Boneflame murmured. He sighed and looked at the sky seeing his brother was right. It is almost nightfall he thought. He sighed and padded around a bit checking on everyone before padding into the warriors den, spotting wintersong and Bluestone talking urgently.

"Did I interrupt?"

"No we're going to sleep now," Bluestone sighed. And I'm about to see starclan he added to himself glancing at wintersong.

Wintersong looked at him nervously, then padded further into the den.

Boneflame saw the way they acted, but that's them. He simply shrugged it off and stretched, heading into the warriors' den.

Boneflame spotted Wintersong and Bluestone walk into the far corner of the warriors' den where they were alone, and they began talking.

"It's time," Bluestone murmured. Wintersong nodded and curled up beside him closing her eyes.
