Chapter 1 ~ A threats

Aria's POV:

Today was just another day of our lives. There was not a day where at least one of us got an A threat. It was currently two more days left till graduation. Man.. I wish that day could come quicker. After graduation Ezra and I can do what ever we want. He works at Hollis College, we can see each other out of his work but not during the time I am at school or the time he works as I am still in high school.

*Ping!*

I reach for my phone from my back pocket and pull it out. I switch on my phone and the message stared right at me.

It read.. "It's funny that you think it's end game for A. Think wrong bitches I'm ready to pounce when one of you makes a wrong move. Check mate   -A"

I couldn't stop staring at it, it was like my eyes were burning a hole through the screen. I kept thinking of all the possibilities that could go wrong with A about.

Emily's POV:

I just got a text message off A.  I didn't know if the other girls got it or not. Oh dear, Oh no. I feel like I just want to curl up in the corner and be forgotten about. No, no, don't say that to your self Emily, all you need is your girls.

"Yeah, yeah! I need to ring Aria, Spence and Han.. They always seem to make me feel better right?!" I muttered to myself.

Spencer's POV:

"Em?" I said.

"Hey Spence! I don't suppose you can come to mine, I'm feeling a bit down about everything right now.." Emily replied.

I looked at the popcorn and duvets and pillows everywhere replying with " Yeah sure Em, I was just half way doing an assignment but that can wait.. I'll be over in 5"

I looked around the room tidying up the popcorn and mess I had left after receiving that awful A message A had sent me. It made me feel like I was not safe at all. Toby is away doing a job in Philly. I felt so alone, I didn't want to ring him as he would worry and come back. I wanted to give him time off from it all.

So putting all my worry aside I grabbed my bag and headed  over to the Field's household.

Hanna's POV:

"Hey Em,  I stopped by starbucks to get you your fa...." I stopped what I was saying to see all of the girls round Ems table.

"Hey Han, I called everyone because I was worried and I wanted all of you to be here.." Emily replied.

"Hey girlies and yeah sorry I'm a tad late.. Long queue in starbucks.."  I said whilst putting the starbucks on the table.. " Oooh I  got enough for everyone there was a deal on, and you guys know I cannot miss a bargain!" I giggled.

"Aw thanks Han, But Em what was it that you called us in here for?" Aria said with concern.

"I do not feel safe here guys, I feel trapped, today is not a good day for me becau...."

"Because you got a text message from A this morning... Just like the rest of us did I bet..." Spencer butted in.

"Wha! How did you know!" I said.

"Because it's A silly!" Aria giggled.

"Are you sure we all got the same text message as each other?" I asked.

"Yeah I'm pretty sure we did.." Spencer said as we all got our phones to open up the message. We all stood in a circle and held our phones together examining each others screens.

"Yup, Okay, now I'm getting a tad scared.." Emily said whilst rubbing her arms from the chills we were all getting.

Emily's POV:

I rubbed my arms because I didn't like the feel of what was coming our way from A. We have to protect our loved ones from A. I had an idea. A good one we needed to tell our partners.

The girls stood there in silence until I sprung up and said..

" Guys we need to tell our boyfriends and my girlfriend!"

" Em are you crazy!" Hanna jumped up.

"No not last time I checked. We need to call them over and tell them everything A has done to us. We are not getting anywhere. A is always one step ahead of us and its not healthy on us. We've been put in life or death situations and.."

"Double our team, double the strength.." Aria said with hope in her voice.

"Then it will be End Game for sure." Spencer said.

"Okay, I will call Ezra as they are all at his place." Aria piped up.

Spencer's POV:

"All of them..? Aria, Toby's still away.." My face became saddened.

The girls stood there in silence.

"Guys..?"

"Spencer, way to kill a surprise.." Hanna groaned.

" Toby is back today and wanted to surprise you..!" Emily said.

"Pretend you don't know.." Aria said.

" Don't know what" I winked back.

" Hahaa, act surpriseddddd!" Aria emphasised the end.

Aria got her phone out and called the boys to come over as we had to tell them somehow.
