Chapter 19 ~ dAte

Ezra's POV:

I saw Aria walk down the steps, I was inside the car I rented for the night. I decided to call her.

E: Hello I can see you...
A: Ezra, what do you mean, if you can see me but I cant see you then where are you?
E: Look over to the black limo.
A: Wha...

Her face lit up and a smile spread right across her face like a Cheshire Cat.

Continued Phone Call...

A: So this is what a date with Mr Fitz looks like..
E: Haha, okay you can put the phone down now..

I got out of the car like a gentlemen and opened the door for Aria to get in. I then followed by getting into the other side.

On the journey we talked like we normally do, enjoying each others company.

"Sooo. Where are you taking me then..." Aria sang.

"Hey. I can't tell you that, because then it won't be a surprise will it?" I smiled.

"Humph.. Not just a tiny clue..?" She pouted.

"Nope." I teased.

Our car finally stopped at our destination. Everything looked perfect. I had set up a picnic near the pond which I put fairy lights everywhere. Aria hadn't noticed the picnic yet as she was looking at the play equipment confused.

"Are we having a play date at the park?" Aria laughed.

"Haha.. No.. Although that would be fun. However...." I trailed off turning her towards the picnic.

"Oh my god... Its beautiful Ezra.." Aria said with love and excitement. "How did you do all of this?" Aria said whilst walking over to the picnic.

"I had a little help off Caleb and Toby.. But.. I planned it all.." I said whilst taking her hand.

"Well its absolutely perfect.." She said.

I leaned over and kissed her, it got passionate. This was a beautiful kiss, it was under the starry skies above, next to twinkling fairy lights and with the person I love and cherish the most.

The night went on, we were lying side by side of each other, we just ate. There were strawberries and loads of fruit, sandwiches and all sorts of things you could wish for.

Aria's POV:

Literally tonight is the best night of my life. Ezra always makes everyday my best day. Any Day spent with him is my new favourite day.

We were just normally talk until we hear a twig snap and a rustle of a bush. I turned to Ezra frightened it would be A. He pulled me towards him to keep me safe. He had me in a grip, not a tight one a warm and safe hug. Footsteps was all that I could hear getting closer and closer. A figure appeared from out of the bush. Noel Kahn?!

"What on earth are you doing here Noel?" I said through my teeth. I was still in Ezra's hold.

"Just wanted to stop by and remind you that.." He got closer and Ezra's grip got tighter. ".. You are still crazy, anyone in Radley is crazy. I knew it all along, you've always been that girl that no one cares about."

"THATS ENOUGH NOEL!" Ezra defended me. I was now crying.

"No, no, no. That is not enough yet. What ever reason you were put in Radley for I bet you were going mental in there right? Because.. you were all alone, cold and crazy right? If only you had stayed in there forever... That would have been fun right? Ohhh and don't worry Aria I would have visited you everyday. I visited you when you were in there remember?"

I was confused and Ezra looked like he had just been shot (no pun intended there). 

"What do you mean Noel..?" I said through tears.

"You don't remember? Oh you were that crazy..." Noel said.

"Aria do not listen to him, he is trying to wind you up." Ezra said and kissed the back of my head.

"You must have been on so many medications you cant remember."

Silence.

"Nope..? Okay.. I will tell you then.." He started and I seemed to remember it. 

Flashback.

I was lying on the cold bed. Not homely in here at all. I was chained up and couldn't move at all. I was just staring into blank space, staring into nothing. The door opened someone walked in. It was Noel. He pulled a chair right next to me and stared at me. I continued to look into nothing. He then started talking.

"How ya holding up? Still shaken? Ah dont worry you have got me. You do realise everyone on the outside hates you now and thinks your delusional. Haha, ahh don't worry I don't think you are. I think your, umm, special? No, no, no. Not special in a good way, special as in.. Not right up here.." He said tapping his head.
"You look awful! What happened? Oh wait.. Haha. Seriously you look like you have seen a ghost. Are you going to talk to me or am I going to have to make you talk to me?" 

I still stared into blank space hearing everything he is saying, but everything he said was tearing me down. I wanted to slap him and defend my self but I couldn't move and no words would come out. I started breathing heavily, I felt like I was running out of oxygen. That when he got angry and then slapped me right across the face. And that's when I let out a gasp. He left and looked at me then pressed the emergency button so I could have help then left.

End of Flashback.

"And thats what happened.." I said.

"So you psycho memories are coming back to you huh?" He chuckled.

Ezra got up and got face to face with Noel.

"Noel, leave right now otherwise you are going to regret it." Ezra said.

Noel hadn't left yet and was trying to be intimidating. Ezra swung his fist at Noels face.

"You do know I can call the cops because you did that right." Noel said whilst holding his face.

"And why would you want to do that." Ezra bigged up.

Noel knew Ezra was right so he walked away. Ezra ran back to me and brought me into a warm embrace.

"Hey.. Its okay. I'm here now, I told him where he stands. It wasn't pretty but I did it because I love you."

I love Ezra so much, he would do anything for me and would be there for me through thick and thin.

"I know you did, and I love you so much. Not just because you did that, but because every time you look at me or do something for me you make me feel safe and loved and wanted."

"You've always been wanted. Everyone loves you, I hope you didn't listen to what he said about you because none of that is true. You know that."

"I know, i know. Okay should we go back to yours now.." I  said.

"Sounds great we can have a movie night if you want?" He asked.

"Sounds like a plan. By the way thank you for tonight apart from Noel tonight was special." I smiled at him and took a hold of his hand.

"I'm glad, okay then let head back." Ezra said whilst he got me on his back so I could have a piggy back ride to the car.

I loved how we are around each other, so childish yet so mature. Perfect.
We made our way back to his apartment. We watched movies, half way through a movie we had a heated make out session. It then leaded to other things.

You can kinda guess. But I ain't going into details just to gross you out.
