Chapter 9 ~ GrAduAtion Morning

Aria's POV:

Today is my graduation day, after I walk up on that stage and graduate will become of my freedom! Woohoo! Ezra had promised me that after graduation today he will take me out for a meal and to the art gallery. A real first date with Fitz, how dashing.

I got up from my slumber and put on a white cream laced dress and white strappy heels. I brushed my hair and put curls in the ends of my hair. I had a smoky eye to bring out my hazel eye colour and put on a pretty subtle pink lipstick on to girly up the look.

I stepped over to the mirror and examined my self. I galloped down the stairs in a good mood, grabbed an apple from the fruit bowl and off I went, I decided to walk to school today since after graduation I am going over to Ezra's.

I got to school and met my friends in our original spot just outside the school front doors, we all gave each other huge smiles to say... 'Ha heyyy! We did it, we are now finally going to get out of this hell hole!'

"Yoohoo my friends! " I said as I approached them.

"Well hello Ms. Montgomery, how are you on this fine day of..." Spencer said normally, then continued to... "GRADUATION!!!!!" she excitedly burst out.

"Haha! Well I am just glad we are finishing school, I guess its just one less thing to worry about since A is about." I saddened my smile.

"Hey Aria, pleaaasssseeee can we not mention IT..." Hanna shuddered.

"Deal." I replied.

"Where do we have to go now, we need to get changed into our GRADUATION gowns.!" Emily said with joy.

"I love it how we all emphasise the 'GRADUATION' , but we all go to our first period to receive our gowns Em." I replied.

"Oh okay cheers Ari."

"Have any of you guys heard back from any colleges?" Hanna asked worryingly.

"Yeah I have, I got into UPenn!" Spencer jumped up and down. " What about you Ari?"

"I got quite a lot of letters that I have been accepted into, But I chose Hollis." I smiled.

"Ooh is it because Ezra's there?" Spencer winked.

" Just stop Spence," I paused then giggled, " Hehe, maybe, yeah" I blushed. "Em what about you?"

"I got accepted into Danby swim college, I really want to take swimming seriously and become a professional and teach and compete." Emily replied. "Hanna, you've been quiet what about your college tuitions?"

"Well, um, I, I," Hanna looked embarrassed. " I really wanted to get into a fashion college but every college I applied for it got denied in the next hour or so, I'm starting to think A does not want me to go to college.."

"Oh Han, don't you worry, we will get you into a college, we can ask Ezra if he can get you into Hollis?" Spencer turned to me as if to say; 'ask him for Han pleaaaasssse?'

"Yeah Han I'm sure that can be arranged, " I turned to Hanna.

"Ari thank you and Spence!"

"Hollis has a fashion section, it has been recommended, apparently it is supposed to be really good!" Emily said.

"Probably too good for a girl like me" Hanna gloomily said.

"Hey Han don't doubt yourself your not gloomy, the only gloomy person around here is A. We will get you into Hollis don't you worry!" I said with faith.

"Okay well no time to waste guys, I need to try on the GRADUATION outfits" Emily giggled.

"Ha then what, you go check yourself out in the mirror and do you famous mirror face!?" Spencer joked then imitated Emily.

"Shut up Spencer Hasting!" Emily nudged Spencer.

Then we all walked into the front school doors and went to first period to try on our GRADUATION outfits. We all got into them and obviously Em was pulling her mirror face as per usual. She could even wear a trash bag and still work it. We made our way to Rosewood High's field. We all took our places, I sat Inbetween Spencer and Hanna, Emily sat next to Hanna.

*Ping* *Ping* *Ping* *Ping*

We all turned and looked at each other with faces of horror.
