Chapter 44 ~ Zoo

{A/N;}
This has been written over the weeks I have been ill, I am currently still ill so here we go.

{Aria's POV:}

Being at the zoo with the lads and Zoe really does take my mind off the girls. I don't know what to think about the mishap back at my house. Imogen has asked to spend the week with Darcy, of course I said yes, she loves Aunty Immie.

"Oh my goddddddd!" I squeal pointing at the monkey cages up a head.

"Whaaatttttt?" Ezra says squealing back in a girly voice imitating me. Not close at all.

"It's the monkey cages! Can we go can we go?" I get excited.

"Yeah and then after that we can leave you there, coz that's your habitat right?" He asks me.

"You did not just say that." I say trying to be serious.

"Oh I went there Monkey Girl." He smirks back.

"I am NOT monkey girl okay. I prefer Super Girl, OK?" I glare. He laughs back.

"It's not funny!" I whine. "Right. I'm gonna stop being a wuss and go over to you and show you who your messing with." I glare again.

"Well we all know we are not messing with SuperGirl because you're Money Girl." He laughs and pokes out his tongue.

"Oh it's on like donkey kong." I start to charge at him but then stop and think. "Did you just said money girl?!" I roll on the floor laughing. The other boys and Zoe laugh with us.

"Er no no, not at all. I definitely said MONKEY girl." He reddens emphasising the word 'monkey'.

"What everrrrrrrrrrr Ezraaaaaa" I say waving him off running to the monkey cage. 

I love seeing all the animals. I am standing in front of the enclosed cage with the glass panel  in front of me and the Monkeys. I'm trying to get a good look at them but the sun keeps hitting the glass the wrong way. And it's getting in my way too.

I move forwards a little then I feel a hand on the back of my head squishing my face up against the glass. I hear laughter. I knew who it was....

Jokes.

"You little mother f-" I chase after Ezra whilst shouting. I cut my self off because a woman stood there with her hands over her child's ears with one of those faces like yanno when your parents are mad at you because you spill something on their new sofa and your doing whatever you can to get it off and it's just not working face? Hm. Yeah, good way to describe it actually..

"Watch your language young lady! Appalling!" She waggles her index finger in front  of my face causing me to move my head back  and accidentally form a double chin. "What do you have to say for your self young lady?" She glares, pointing to her son with his hands over his own ears.

I crouched down so I was at the boys level gave him a huge grin and some candy from my pocket. "Who says you can't take candy from a stranger.." I grin. {A/N; id advise not to take candy from strangers.} The lady gasped. She is being so granny like at the moment it's just. "As for you... YOLO!" I screamed in her face chucking candy up in the air.

I grabbed Ezra's hand as I hear security chasing us.

"What about the others?" He yells whilst we run for our lives out of breath.

"Who cares?! Just RUN!" I shout.

We run like our lives depended on it! Mine did I guess... I offered candy to a child. We turn our lefts and rights.

"DAVE. PICK US UP! BACK ENTRY OF ZOO! GO GO GO EMERGENCY!" I yell to my bodyguard.

"Aria wha-" he starts.

"NO TIME! GO GO GO! CODE RED DAVE. CODE FREAKING RED!" I yell still running with Ezra.

I see the car rapidly turn up at the gate at a halt. PROBLEM. There was a gate in the way of us and the car.

"Sh-" I was about to use foul language but Ezra stopped me with that parent look. Egh, not again.

"I meant to say poop-sicles, how are we going to get out of here?" I look up to him with a hopeful glance.

"That's one high gate." Ezra says.

We both think for a moment of ways to get out. Well there is only one way but it's taking us a while as I'm deciding my routine on getting over it but looking cool and Ezra is probably deciding whether to go through with this or not.
I look up at him again with yet another hopeful glance.

"Fine." He gives in. He lifts me up and places me on his shoulders and I start to grab the top of the gate. Once I'm off his shoulders i see Dave the other side there. I want to feel like I'm flying at this moment. I want to look cool ASF.

So I decided to do what all other 4 year olds do. I jump off the top of the fence in a super man stance whilst I fall through the air.

Whilst I'm in the air I hear Ezra shouting.

"Aria!" He shouts

"SUPERGIRL! DAVE CATCH ME!" I scream. He was a bit late and we land in a flop. He groans from the fall. He cushioned me from the floor. He has quite the beer belly.

"Thanks for cushioning my fall Dave, I owe you!" I smile gratefully and pat his head.

"Yah you do, mc Donald's please will do nicely." He huffs crossing his arms. Ezra climbed over the fence gracefully. I didn't do it gracefully but hey at least I looked super cool when I did it.

"I thought you weren't going to make it for a minute!" I over dramatically say running up to Ezra. Oh yeah forgot to mention. The gate was only 7ft high.

"Aria. The gate is only 7ft high." He sasses. "I thought you were going to die." He jokes, making slight fun of my unbelievably small height. I pout.

"I LOVE YOUR HEIGHT REALLY! YOUR MY ELF!" He says engulfing me in a air trapping hug.

"KAY!" I say hoping he will get off me any time soon.

"TODAY WOULD BE NICE YANO?" I squeal.

"NOW BOY." I shout. He obeys.

"Ah, that's more like it!" I smiled to myself. We step into the car and make our way back to the house where the betrayers are. Ehh great, I have to pretend to be nice now.

"Home please Dave.." I smile and he returns the gesture with a thumbs up in the rear mirror.

I lean against Ezra taking in our moments from today smiling internally.
