As Pete followed Vegas into the grand mansion, he couldn't help but glance around, still awestruck by the sheer opulence of the place. The expansive hall was lit with warm golden lights, the high ceiling and luxurious décor making him feel as though he'd stepped into another world.
In the center of the room, Kinn and Porsche were already lounging on the plush sofa, waiting for them. Kinn, leaning casually against Porsche, raised a brow as they approached.
Kinn smirked. "What took you guys so long? Did you get lost on the way in?"
Vegas rolled his eyes as he sat down, exuding his usual calm demeanor. "No, why would I? I was just helping Pete with the seatbelt."
Pete, still feeling a little flustered, nodded quickly. "Y-Yeah," he said softly, avoiding Porsche's knowing stare as he sat down on the edge of another sofa.
Kinn chuckled, his tone teasing. "Pete, would you like something to drink? Coffee? Tea?"
Pete shook his head politely. "No, thank you. I'm fine."
Porsche, however, wasn't about to let him off so easily. "Why?!" he demanded, leaning forward to stare dramatically at Pete. Without waiting for an answer, he turned to Kinn. "Kinn, Pete and I will have coffee. Make it two."
Kinn's lips quirked up in a fond smile. "As you wish, my love. And you, Vegas?"
"Black coffee," Vegas replied simply, his tone low and curt as he reclined into the cushions.
Kinn nodded and signaled a staff member to prepare the drinks before pulling Porsche closer, snuggling him on the sofa.
Porsche, resting comfortably against Kinn, suddenly perked up. "What are we gonna do after coffee? Tomorrow's the weekend, and I don't wanna sleep early."
Vegas raised a brow, already sensing where this was going. "I'm not interested," he said bluntly.
Pete leaned back, sighing. "I'm tired, Porsche. Can we not?"
But Kinn, ever indulgent of his boyfriend's whims, tilted his head to look at him. "Whatever you say, my love."
Porsche grinned widely at Kinn's approval, practically bouncing on the couch. "Perfect! Just wait here!" he announced before running off in search of something.
Vegas closed his eyes briefly and exhaled, clearly bracing himself. "He's up to something, isn't he?"
"Always," Pete muttered, sharing a look of mutual understanding with Vegas.
A few minutes later, Porsche returned with a triumphant smile, holding up an empty bottle like it was a treasure. "We're playing a game!" he declared excitedly.
Vegas opened his eyes and groaned audibly. "You're joking."
"Nope!" Porsche grinned, placing the bottle on the coffee table. "Nobody's sleeping until we all play."
Kinn chuckled, utterly amused. "You're impossible."
Pete sighed in defeat, leaning his head back against the sofa. "Porsche, it's been a long day..."
"Don't care! A game will make us all feel better," Porsche chirped, completely ignoring Pete's protests.
Vegas pinched the bridge of his nose. "This is why I avoid nights with you."
But Porsche was immune to all complaints, his enthusiasm unshakable. "Shut up, Vegas. You'll thank me later."
Kinn, unable to resist Porsche's antics, leaned closer to him with a small smile. "What are the rules, troublemaker?"
Porsche grinned mischievously. "You'll see! Just know there's no backing out now!"
Pete sighed dramatically while Vegas looked visibly annoyed. But as Porsche set the bottle down and took his seat, neither of them could do anything but prepare themselves for whatever chaos Porsche had planned.
Porsche placed the bottle carefully on the coffee table, his grin practically lighting up the room. Pete narrowed his eyes suspiciously, already sensing trouble.
Pete: "Wait, it's Truth and Dare, right?"
Porsche grinned mischievously, practically vibrating with excitement. "Yes, it is! It's truth or dare!" he announced proudly.
Pete groaned, slumping back into his seat. "Seriously? Porsche, aren't we a bit old for this?"
Porsche wagged his finger dramatically. "Ah, but this is not your ordinary truth or dare. There's a twist!"
Kinn raised an eyebrow, leaning forward slightly. "A twist, huh? How are you planning to change it this time?"
Pete gave Porsche a suspicious look. "I don't like where this is going. What kind of twist?"
Porsche clapped his hands together as if he'd been waiting for the question. "Here's the deal! In this game, you don't get to choose dare. There is no dare!"
"No dare?" Pete repeated in disbelief. "Then how do we even play? What are the rules?"
Porsche smirked, clearly reveling in the attention. "Simple. You have to answer the question truthfully. If you fail to answer—or lie— you have to grant one wish to the person who asked you the question."
Vegas, who had been lounging with his arms crossed, raised an eyebrow. "And if someone can't grant the wish?" he asked.
Porsche dramatically tapped a finger to his chin as if he were deep in thought, then snapped his fingers with a wide grin. "Then the person has to do whatever we ask him to do. No exceptions!"
Pete's eyes widened in disbelief. "What?! No way! That's so unfair! You've got to be kidding me."Vegas, leaning lazily against the sofa, shook his head with a soft scoff. "Whatever."
Kinn, on the other hand, laughed and nudged Porsche affectionately. "You've outdone yourself this time, Porsche. This is why I love you. Always so creative."
Porsche puffed out his chest with pride. "I know! It's gonna be so much fun. Just wait!"
Porsche beamed at the compliment, while Pete stared at him, already imagining all the ways this could go wrong.
Pete buried his face in his hands, muttering, "This is going to end in disaster."
Vegas shrugged, leaning back into the sofa with an expression of resigned annoyance. "Whatever. Let's just get this over with."
Kinn chuckled, clearly enjoying the chaos already unfolding. "I have a feeling this is going to be very entertaining."
Porsche's eyes sparkled with glee as he spun the bottle in anticipation. "Alright, everyone ready? Let the games begin!"
What do you think will happen next? Will Pete and Vegas finally confront what's simmering beneath the surface, or will the tension continue to build? What do you think, will the truth come out, or will secrets remain locked away?
