Ch 41:

Cha hae stood there, looking at Cel.

Cel blinked, he knew he couldn't hide from her.

He put his disguise down and looked back at her "Cha hae in.....what a lovely surprise" Cel held onto his own hands and rubs them against each other in nervousness. Ever since he was announced, not dead. He had been dreading to encounter Cha hae.

"I'm only here to see if Jin is okay" Cel explains and looks away. He can see the crowd of showed Excavation team members shock and awe.

Cha hae stood there, she was t sure what to say?

She was angry ....but relieved and so happy but sad. It was ....Alot really.

There in front of them, stood south Korea's former favorite power couple.

Cel looked at the gate "what are you here for?" The male asked. Cha hae huffs and crossed her arms "why would I tell you?" She mumbles.

Cel sighed, this was awkward....even he knew it was awkward. Both him and her had past chemistry....that ended horribly.

"It was nice to see you....Cha" Cel states "but I wouldn't suggest you go in" Cel states as he walked to the gate.

Cha hae frowned at that, after so many years....he's here, but this, this wasn't the him she knew. He was different, better, his scent smelled heavenly....just like before tho.

Cel disappeared into the gate

He walked down the cave halls and looked down at the corpses, too dead to rewind, too corrupt to rebirth.

Rebirth had its limits, souls under the control of powerful beings and the most despicable of souls aren't allowed to be rebirthed.

Poor souls...

Cel looked away and kept going.

He flinched slightly at the wave of dark magic. Cel ran faster

Meanwhile

"Humans....welcome" a beast spoke as the group were surrounded by several high orcs. The group stood, thinking, minds running.

"Humans"

"Why... Why? Why bring us here?" Ki hoon spoke through his fear as best he could. "You could've just killed us" he continues

"For entertainment, killing you all one by one, for my minions amusement, however..there is something off about you" the lich comments.

Ki-hoon tried attack first as their plan goes. But no one moved.

"Fool"

"Antigravity.... gravity acceleration" the lich lifts Ki-hoon and slams him into the ceiling then the ground.

Till Ki-hoon froze in the air. The lich's eyes widen as he sees an aura around ki Hoon. As the human was yank away to the entrance of his hall.

'i didn't even see it...' the lich glared.

There stood Cel, holding onto ki Hoon.
