Marielle's POV
On the road again. Our quick break was over and the tour is ready to resume in Newcastle. We've finished the European leg of the tour and now it's time to finish it off what's left of the UK shows. It's strange how you can be living in a country your whole life and never know how different the rest of it is from where you live. I sit next to the window of the tour bus watching the scenery while absentmindedly playing with my newly colored hair, I've gotten loads of compliments from everyone on it but it's semi-permanent so it should be gone in a few months. The Little Mix girls are practicing their vocal harmonies when my laptop begins ringing with a Skype call. I look over to see Diana's name and face on my screen so I instantly accept the call as I put my earphones in and walk to another part of the bus.
"Hi!!! Oh my god, your hair! It looks amazing!" Diana squeals happily, waving her hand as soon as we're visible to each other. I wave back and smiled, I miss her so much. I thought she was going to be at the BRIT Awards too but she couldn't because she had a photography job in Manchester that weekend so I was bummed that I didn't get to see her.
"Aww thanks babe!" I smile, casually twirling a piece around my fingers. "How are you? I feel like I haven't spoken to you in ages!"
"That's because you haven't! You've been soooo busy living the tour life with Little Mix you've forgotten about little ole me!" she jokes, making an exaggerated pouty face.
"Oh please!" I retort, rolling my eyes. "At least you have some man candy to keep you company!" we both laugh and I can already see her blushing through the screen. "How are you guys, by the way?"
"We're good! He's most of the time out rehearsing with the boys so we try to spend as much time together as possible. But yeah...I'm really happy." she blushes some more. Her and Harry's infatuation with each other reminds me of how Liam and I were at the beginning of our relationship. Oops, I'm not supposed to be thinking about him...get him out of your head, Mari!
"Aw, thats so cute! I'm happy for the both you...especially because it's all my doing." I flip my hair jokingly, causing her to blush even more.
"Oh yeah, I'll never forget that!" she laughs, but after a moment her smile disappears and she looks nervously around the room. "Okay so there's something I have to tell you...and I know you don't usually pay attention to this kind of stuff but as one of your best friends I feel like you should know about it."
"Oh God, Di you're scaring me...just tell me." I answer seriously. The mood of our conversation has changed drastically in the span of a few seconds and I'm anxious to hear what she has to say.
"Well I think it would be better to show you than tell you. Wait a minute." her eyes scan her computer screen and pretty soon a link pops up on our Skype chat. I click it and it instantly opens up to an article from The Sun...well that can't be good. The Sun is notorious for writing fake and malicious articles so I'm not looking forward to what I'm about to read.

One Direction heartthrob, Liam Payne has been dating Marielle Abasi for quite some time now and we used to think they were such a cute couple, but recent events have us questioning the authenticity of their relationship. Abasi, 19, has just been signed on as Little Mix's stylist on their current DNA Tour and her position has critics questioning what kind of strings did she have to pull to get that job. We don't doubt Abasi's impeccable taste in fashion as she is constantly photographed looking fashion-forward, but we feel it was her romantic link to Little Mix's label mates, One Direction, that landed her the gig. At first she was just a small town girl working in a small fashion boutique and now she's somehow managed to become a stylist for one of the biggest girl bands in the UK...coincidence?
