Inko shows young Izuku a picture of the golden retriever that the book she's reading, provides. She looks over at Cynthia, who's staring blankly at the floor, and tilts her head.
"Is everything alright, my dear?"
She snaps her head towards her mom, and nods.
"I'm okie!"
Inko chuckles, before going back to reading the book.

The sound of an alarm makes Cynthia jolt awake in a cold sweat. She quickly gets up and puts her uniform on, with some black platforms, that give her at least two more inches of height. When she goes into the bathroom to brush her hair, she pauses, looking at herself in the mirror.
".."
She snaps out of it and brushes her hair. After she's done with that, she unplugs her phone, goes to the kitchen, and opens the cabinet.. She stares at the loaf of bread in there. She doesn't want it. She wants more. She wants something different..

She walks out of an empty alleyway, and no one saw her walk out, as they were too busy doing their own thing. She lets out a small giggle, as she wipes her mouth off. When she arrives at UA, she sees Izuku's already there, talking to Uraraka. She gives him a small wave, and walks over to Kirishima, Denki, Bakugo, Sero, and Mina.
"Anyways so like I was saying-"
Mina was talking, before she cuts herself off when she sees Cynthia.
"Hey girl!"
"Hey.."
She chuckles, but freezes when she feels an arm wrap around her shoulder, and pull her close. She looks at the person who did that... and sees Monoma.

A nice big mansion. It's raining, and there's a lot of.. trash outside. Someone, all black withe white glowing eyes tosses a butler a cup. The butler, who's a little robot with yellow eyes and a suit and tie, catches the cup, puts it on his tray, and runs off.

Yellow eyes.
...
A dark room, with a girl sitting atop a giant globe in front of a window. Some lightning strikes near the window, causing the room to light up for a second. In that split second, the girl had... Weird tentacles..

Monoma's eyes widen as he releases her and steps back... But he shakes his head and smirks.
"I have your quirk now.."
He opens his hand the same way she does when she's using her quirk... but nothing happens. His eyes widen, and so do the other's.
"How?!"
Cynthia's left pupil flickers into the symbol, then back to her normal pupil. Monoma just quickly runs away, and she looks back at the others, who are staring at her.
"...SICK! MONOMA'S QUIRK DOESN'T WORK WITH YOU?!"
Denki's eyes light up.

During class, while the teachers were talking about the upcoming finals, she's half paying attention, while looking at her desk, spaced out.

HEY! Ik this also isn't that big of a chapter, but I'll do longer ones when the weekend comes around. I am doing these updates on my computer, so there might be some mistakes I don't see (Bc my Wifi is literally tweaking because of the weather rn), please just comment and let me know!
