Chapter 28

(FINALLY!!)

While still flying.. She starts feeling.. overheated... But she continues. Suddenly, a huge.. rock monster with wings flies up to her?

"The fuck..?"

She mutters while looking at it. She shakes her head.

"Must be a test."

The monster raises it's hand and swipes down to hit her but she flies back.

"I can rip you apart right now.."

She mutters as her pupil turns into her signature symbol... But first.. She puts her headphones on and plays some music from her phone. She then looks at it, when it swipes down, hitting her left arm. She flies back again, looking at her wounded arm.. She feels blood trickling down her skin and she looks at the beast.

"You're going to regret that.."

She holds her unharmed arm up, opening her hand and her signature symbol appears above it once more. Another appears over the beast, and she moves her hand to the side, making it launch into a nearby mountain. The mountain shakes on impact, and a few rocks fall from it. 

She shakes her head and starts flying to the camp again, while holding her wounded- wait.. She stops and looks at her arm, seeing her skin reappear over her wound, and her eyes widen..

"What the-"

A low growl from the monster cuts her off and she looks behind her at it flying towards her at high speeds. In a purple flash, she's behind it.

"Fuck.."

She mutters out while looking at it. It looks behind it, and her, and swings again. She nearly dodges it, and her left hand opens, and yk, the symbol. But.. some trees rise up next to her, that have the same symbol on them, and her eyes narrow. The symbol changes into the 'edit' symbol, and the trees get stripped of their leaves, and sharpened into giant wooden spears.

She moves her hand forward and flicks her wrist, making the large spears shoot towards the beast. One hits it in the left wing, and the other in it's stomach, making it explode into.. gooey stuff. A symbol, changing back to 'translate', appears in front of her, and the size is as big as she is, making  the goo.. or whatever it is, not touch her.

"That was odd.."

She mutters, reaching for her water bottle. She grabs it, opens it, and takes a drink.

"Oh, that's good.."

She mutters, and keeps flying towards the camp.

As the others are defeating the beasts, they notice the two trees rising from the ground to the sky with that symbol.

"Is that-"

Koda mutters under his breath, but Todoroki cuts him off.

"Cynthia."

He says coldly and looks up into the sky, seeing her make the spears out of the trees.
