Distored scene, painted in blood on the wall
Circus Memories, clowns are putting on a show
Shut up, who gave you permission to speak?
I'm sure you wish that scene was reality
~
Don't you wish that scene was reality?
Macabre scenes as my mind flares with memories
When you could purge the still-wet scene, who needs gasoline?
Why burn and leave ash when you could make sure it never comes back?
~
This is a circus of my own
Don't blame me for wanting to be alone
When you weren't there for my darkest of times
Why would, I need you now, REMEMBER THAT CRIME-
I laughed as I declaried I wanted it all
So I built this circus, not ready to watch it all fall
That distorted painting- a picture of my perfect reality
Filled with laughter and filled with love
That picture cracked, and peace I've given up
So much for that Circus Scene
What a twisted smile, with a deranged memory
~
Emotions, they crash, this circus has been a joke
It's not what I have pictured at all
I have to dig, up the roots for my dream
Repaint the picture, all to my design
~
Don't you wish that scene was designed with less fear?
Paint over that picture, with a brush made of tears
This Circus has went on this way long enough
I'm the ring master, it's time I own it with purpose
~

~
Rip off the days of the calandar, one by one
Each more ripping off a stroke of your picture
Insanity peels you away, it's like there's never an end
This is a Circus, not a flower bed, lets act like it
